I had never heard of YesMicro before, but found a GREAT price on a iGo Juice power adapter. I read the reviews here on ResellerRatings.com and decided to give them a go. Great service! Got several emails regarding verification of order, shipping, etc. Shipping was very fast (using FedEx). No complaints. Did I mention the GREAT price?!? First impressions are the most important and YesMicro did a wonderful job. Will use them again in the future.

Seriously, I placed the order for this on the 13th, after business hours.  
 
It's now the 15th (10:23am) and I am sitting here with the product that I purchased. And yes, I'm positive I selected ground service as my shipping method. Even the website can't keep up with how fast this got here.  
 
Add to the fact that I got this quality brand name product for half of what it was going elsewhere, and well, I'll be doing business with YesMirco again, and be referring friends and customers to them.

I ordered the Kofax - Adrenaline 650i with the VRS software (SV-3000-1000) for $836 on 6/20/03.  
 
I was contacted by YesMicro and informed that the product was not in stock on the West cost, but they did have it is stock in Fort Worth, TX. That was fine with me.  
 
I received the product exactly one week after placing my order. The package was in excellent condition. I haven't installed it yet, but can't wait.  
 
I did find a lower deal two days after placing my order that was nearly $100.00 less, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase with YesMicro.  
 
I would recommend them to anyone - their customer service is second to none and I am willing to pay more just for that reason.

Shipping delayed by 1.5 days even though I paid for 2-day. Customer service said they would refund the extra charge I paid for the 2-day shipping. I am still waiting for the credit...  
Credit did come through a few days later for a full refund of the shipping charges which was way more than fair. I really appreciate how they handled the shipping refund.  
Warning: If you give a less than perfect rating be prepared for phone calls and emails asking you to change your mind.

Have placed two orders with them. Amazing deal, customer service and shipping. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Ordered on Monday paid for ground shipping. Shipped on Monday, was delivered on Tuesday. Item was well packed too. I received a very quick order confirmation and the tracking number was received more quickly than I am accustomed to. Overall was very very pleased.

I was pretty confident having seen the excellent rating this company had here at resellerratings.com, so went ahead with a simple order of:

Placed the order late Friday night. They stated on the webpage that things get shipped the next week-day, so I figured Monday. Since I went with ground, I assumed a wait of a few days.  
 
Showed up Tuesday afternoon. Great price, faster delivery than expected. I can say that it seems this company's high rating is well deserved.

I just bought an Epson C82 printer from yesmicro.com. I could have gotten it a few dollars cheaper elsewhere (which is unusual, since they generally offer the lowest prices I can find) but decided to order from them anyway based on past experience with their customer service. Placed the order online Sunday, got a phone call on Monday assuring me that price discrepancy in listed prices would be honored in my favor, and the printer arrived on Tuesday. My husband (a dyed-in-the-wool geek) and I do most of our shopping online, and this merchant is absolutely the best I've found for customer service, fast delivery, and low prices. Even if they are a few dollars more than another vendor, I'll buy from yesmicro.com because of their customer service.

I ordered ac adptor kit for my digital camera on 6/8, had it delivered via ground shipping & it arrived on 6/10. The procedure was easy and the notices of acceptance and of shipping dates were delivered fast and accurately by email. I will definitely use this company again.
