I knew that Western Digital price must have been a mistake, but I placed an order anyway to see. I'm not complaining about their honest pricing mistake, but I am going to complain about their handling of the situation. I find it rather rude that they just cancelled my order without sending any kind of notification via email or anything. This is poor customer service and has nothing to do with their pricing error.

I purchased a Sandisk 128 mb xD card from yesmicro. I wasn't expecting it to arrive within a week due to Christmas being a few days away. I was very surprised when it arrived Christmas Eve. Great company, very smooth ordering and quick delivery.

Ordered a hard to find black bezel for a tape drive. Received order confirmation within 24 hours, and received it well packaged via UPS 48 hours later. Great service; will definately order again from them in the future.

I would order from YesMicro.com again, and I would highly recommend them. Everything was as expected (order processing, delivery, and the product). I wish I had known about them first before placing my order with another company that I never received the goods from.

First time i made a purchase on internet that happend with yesmicro. I found the lowest price for ATI AIW 9600 pro video card. And ordered on 11/12/2003 around 11 am. I got it on 11/13/2003 at 5:00pm and the product is in factory sealed new item. I will post another review after I install it.

I ordered an Inspire 6600 speaker system from this company, based on their good reputation and low price. The system was on backorder, but they said they'd have it in by a week and then they'd ship it to me: what a grave mistake it was ordering from them. It is now a month later, I haven't received the speaker system, and when I e-mailed them asking why, they stated "the manufacturer hasn't sent it yet." This is terrible business: it does not take a month to get one speaker system from a supplier. YesMicro.com needs to get its act together and get its business principles straight. This customer is 100% disatisfied, and there is no excuse for this behavior.

At first, I was disappointed and unhappy with this company. I ordered a package from them, then realized I didn't need it, so when the package arrived I resent it without even opening the mailing container. Then 2 weeks later, they sent an email stating the package was returned with the factory seals opened and therefore denied my refund and sent the package back to me. They weren't responding to my email and their contact numbers were useless. The 800 number is just a recorded voice that goes on forever, but will not allow you to speak to anyone. Their (303) number just rings and rings until it disconnects you. After a couple days, I finally received a phone call from the company's president. He expressed his apologies saying that the distributer they work with made the mistake and that the seals were not broken. He also said that their "live representative" phone line was temporarily down. And, unfortunately for me, this happened to coincide with him being away from his email for a couple of days, hence why I was unable to speak to anyone. It appears the situation will be resolved to my satisfaction. They're giving me my full refund, paying for S&H for the return of the package, and giving me a $100 credit. The president assured me that what happened to me will never happen again. All in all, I think they resolved the problem to my satisfaction and I'll probably shop there again. I was drawn to this merchant for 2 reasons: cheapest price on the all in wonder 9600 pro during the first week of it's release, and the incredible amount of positive reviews it has on multiple rating and price comparison websites. i have to say that i am quite impressed with their service. they are amazingly fast to reply to emails which is pretty much unprecendented in online business.
great company. i would definitely buy from them again if the need arises.

Great source. I ordered some photo paper - the price was best on the market - paid for basic ground shipping and got the order in three days. No phone calls or e-mails were needed. Good packaging, too. Thank you so much!

**Problem resolved quickly. New product to be shipped overnight. My first order was a good experience. Item was in stock as stated, e-mail notifications for order acceptance and shipping were on time, price was good (not the absolute lowest, but close), and the shipping time (3 business days) and cost were fine. Unless you can find an item for a lower price from a reputable company, YesMicro is a good place to shop.
