I received a Jaton GeForce 6800 for Christmas that was ordered from this company. It was shipped and delivered on time, as far as I know, but I have a complaint upon opening the card. It's been opened before. The shrink-wrapping on the box was new, but the sticker holding the static bag shut had very clearly been torn at one side, and was not stuck down when I opened it. As a relatively inconsequential side note, the card was also packed in the box such that it and everything else in the package fell into my lap upon opening it, but I don't know if this is how Jaton packs things, or if it had been re-packed poorly, so I cannot (and I don't encourage anyone else) to lay the blame for this at the feet of YesMicro. Upon inspecting the card, it does not appear to have any physical damage, and the AGP connectors do not have any visible scratches on them (which would very definitely indicate that the card was inserted into an AGP slot).
What I'm guessing happened is that the card was returned by a previous customer as functional but not wanted, and YesMicro re-shrinkwrapped it and sent it back out to me. A new card was paid for and expected, and I'm somewhat annoyed that a new card wasn't received. I haven't had an opportunity to contact customer service about this matter, but I intend to this coming monday, and will definitely keep this updated to reflect my experience. The other reviews have me very hopeful about this matter.

Ordered by toll-free number. Customer rep was in Russia, but her English was flawless. My item was received in 2 days by UPS ground and the price was very good. Needed to call back, because she needed the vendor item number and could not search by item description. I asked her to instruct UPS not to leave the package on the porch, but it was left there anyway. Fast, honest, and courteous service.

I purchased an Acer notebook through yesmicro.com. They had one of the better prices around during the time I was purchasing this notebook. I placed my order through their website and used a promo code for free shipping. Although the free shipping code was "accepted", nevertheless I was charged for shipping. I have to admit though that their shipping charges were fair compared to other resellers who charges 3 to 4 times more. I opted for ground shipping, which according to the website was 3-5 days, instead I received my order 2 days later since I was located near one of their distribution sites. Yesmicro has a 24-48 hour "processing" time.
I received an email for confirmation of the order and next day an email with the UPS tracking information. I was also called at work regarding the order but was told that "it was a large order" but "it was already approved". I was worried about trying to sell me "extras" but that didn't happen.
The ordering process was straight forward, uneventful, and I received my order sooner than I expected. A very good experience. I would purchase from them again.

My dealings with Yes Micro have been going for over three years and they have all gone great. But, as of recently the last transaction was THE WORST EXPERIENCE that I have been through with ANY online purchase. They first billed my debt card for WAY more than I agreed to. They didn’t take the money but the charged my account for more than was purchased. As we all know when a purchase is charged to an account they bank holds the money. I called yes micro about this and how it ties up my funds. They seem to use cheep labor now and not to seem racist but I live in America and speak English. Seems when I call a company in America the person on the other end should speak English? They spoke very bad English and to top it of the person was down right rude as hell to me. I emailed the person in charge and of course he defended his employees. O-well. The charge was eventually release off my account and the funds where then available. I cancelled my order for the PC tower but they already shipped the Motherboard back. I went ahead and accepted that charge. Then to my SHOCK I get the motherboard. Those that know a motherboard comes in a rather small rectangle box that is no more than 5 inches thick. Well, they shipped the motherboard in a box that was 12 x 12 and the packaging inside was get this one piece of newspaper. The box of course was crushed and the motherboard had gone threw a demolish in derby by the time it got to me. Well I my new system together and all was working for 3 days. You guessed it by now the motherboard crashed/stopped booting/ hung with no post (power on self-test). Thank god it was an Asus cause they instantly gave me a RMA number to ship it back to them. Of course I got to pay the 11.30 to get it to them and I have my POS computer to keep using until I get the motherboard back the Yes Micro destroyed with the shady service and Horrid customer service. I told the owner/ boss about the shipping and get this HE BLAMED UPS for the crushed box. Of course the box got crush it had nothing in it to hold it together other than a motherboard. AHHHH bad business there is nothing more frustrating for the consumer. If you want computer or technical hardware STAY AWAY FROM YES MICRO. They have gone VERY BAD.
*** NEW EGG **** excellent service and support
*** TIGAR DIRECT **** excellent service and support
The extra couple of dollars is WELL WORTH the time it takes purchasing beat up equipment from circus acts like Yes Micro.
By the way before they can come back with some remark that I should have called them.
I DID and THEY DID NOTHING BUT MAKE EXCUSES FOR THE INCOMPTENT SERVICE THEY NOW OFFER. If you decide to ever use this OUT(UN) fit company GOOD LUCK and remember I TOLD YOU SO.

YesMicro customers have not yet complained about our ability to speak and SPELL in English. I am concerned that one of our representatives might have been rude. And we do apologize if there was a troublesome accent from one of our representatives. I would dispute that we overbilled your order. Funds are held on authorization until we ship, and then we do bill. This is the usual practice. We always offer to replace items damaged in shipment, and it was your choice to have Asus to replace it and to pay to ship to them. We are working hard to offer fast, personalized service and sucessfully pack, ship, and service hundreds of orders/day. Sometimes there are inevitable problems, such as a damaged shipments from UPS or FedEx. Rest assured that our people are here to help! Please, be nice to them. |

I will never attempt to buy anything from this site again. Their low internet price was soon backordered on the item I purchased. I waited over 2 months for a photo printer that was "in-stock" at the time of my purchase. After numerous email messages of when the item was going to be shipped, I received an email saying that they could not keep backorder purchases for more than one month. If I wanted my printer, I would need to re-order the item. Of course the special was no longer going on.

Wow. The recent reviewers are tough! The printer that was ordered was discontinued, and unfortunately we learned from the manufacturer only after the printer was on backorder for a long time. The Canon CP-200 was replaced by the CP-220. We did provide information on how to buy the discontinued printer for even less than we sold it at from a respected competitor: NewEgg.com. |

After stumbling across a very good price for an Olympus camera, order was placed online. Stock at various levels shown in mutliple warehouses. Very timely confirmation email was received and a call from Yesmicro to confirm shipping address received in under an hour. Camera would ship that afternoon Yesmicro employee assurred me.
12 hours later email received from Yesmicro "Status has been changed for your order. Reason we no longer carry Olympus cameras."
Camera for a short time was listed at $99999.99 and later removed from site. There were still other Olympus cameras listed on their site and many Olympus accessories 20 hours later. Not sure if it was a pricing error they didn't want to admit or just general sloppy database processes.
If you're going to be an online seller - how about MAINTAINING your database? OK?

Just wanted to let the general public know I was thoroughly satisfied with YesMicro. Their prices are lower on certain items than other but that's what shopping around is all about. I ordered a new case from them as well as some accessories like case fans and round IDE cables to try and improve my PC's cooling. The order came as expected and came very quick as well. I did want to place another order and didn't realize it until after I placed the first order. To my surprise, the first one shipped immediately and YesMicro was unable to add on to the order. However the customer service representative waived the shipping on the second order which made it worthwhile to place the second order. Their customer support was EXCELLENT and responded very quick as well. I will definitely buy from YesMicro again and continue to encourage my colleagues to purchase from them.

Found the full tower case I wanted at only 2 places and Yesmicro was $40 bucks cheaper. On top of that, they shipped it the same day from the nearest warehouse in Indiana, i'm in Michigan. Got here the next day in perfect condition. Thats some fast shipping.

Highly Recommended. I was unable to find a better price on Epson supplies (ink for a 2200 and various papers). Everything arrived in 3-4 business days except one ink cartridge which was backordered (I knew this when I ordered). My order was broken into several shipments because there were pieces coming from a variety of distributers I imagine, but YesMicro kept me well informed of what was coming from where via email. I'm am 100% satified with YesMicro.

Item advertised as "In Stock" was actually backordered. My purchase was a common item and I could have gotten it at many other places without having to wait for a backorder, which YesMicro doesn't guarentee you will ever get. They need an honest indication of availability
