Fast service, Best prices. Ordered Friday evening, company shipped Monday. Unfortunately item was delayed in shipping but that was a problem with FedEx and YesMicro had no control over that. Yesmicro sent tracking number with link within 24 hrs of shipping the package. However, after that everything was controlled by FedEx so can't rate Yesmicro beyond that. With FedEx there were no tracking updates from 2/28 to 8/8. The FedEx phone rep only suggested the truck may have broken down and to wait for 10 business days before filing a complaint. Don't know if this is common for FedEx. Unable to reach company by phone - kept getting recording they were closed, but they answered my email the same day and were very helpful. I was refereed to the YesMicro site from a popular Tech forum as a good place to buy the Neo-Flex LCD Arm at a reasonable price. I was skeptical at first as I am with all my 1st time online buying from new to me retailers, but I am 100% satisfied with my experience. I purchased my arms (I bought 2 for my dual LCD setup) on 6-22-2005. Soon after I placed my order, I received a confirmation email of my order. The order shipped late afternoon the next day and I was emailed a notice that it was shipped and was supplied a tracking number via FedEx. Very smooth and easy experience with YesMicro. The product arrived in on box, with both boxes packed inside. The product was everything I could ever want in an LCD arm. I had experiences with work with several arms, so I had an idea of what I was expecting. What set this arm from the others to me was the variable mounting options. Most arms only leave you an option to clamp the desk. This usually means moving everything out of the way and off the desk so you can move the desk out to attached the clamp. This would have been a pain for me being as I have a rather large corner home office unit with an attached hutch. To my delight the mounting clamp can come apart with ease and you can slip the arm into place then reattach the clamp from below to tighten it down. That was how I mounted my 1st arm. The second arm I used the second mounting option using the grommet mounting. Grommet mounting uses the power cord holes found on many of today's office ready desks. To use this option, you simply detach a few pieces of the clamp and replace them with the supplied parts. Then it's just a matter of placing the arm in position (have someone hold it in place) then attach the mounting plate from below the desk. I then attached my screens, but I bet it would have been easier to attach them before I mounted the arms. Just make sure you have someone there to help hold them while you are attaching the arms from below. These arms are really stiff and seem to support my 20" dell monitors just fine. There is a locking button near the joint section from the extension arm to the main swing arm. This takes both hands, one to support the monitor and the other to depress the button and move the arm into the position you would like. The arms are stiff, but that's a good thing. You don't want these things to be wobbling around the desk on their own. Perhaps with time they will loosen up. If or when that happens, there are adjustment screws that you can re-tighten up. One last comment I would like to make is about the size of these arms. I for one am very surprised of how small these things are, but how heavy duty they feel. Most arms I've been exposed to in the past are rather big and bulky. These arms are slim and very nice to look at in the silver finish.

Excellent products at very low prices. I ordered two great computer keyboards each of them in their own manufacturer's box included in a large box and I only paid $4.94 for the S&H!
I'm very satisfied with their products and services and I will buy from them again. Highly Recommended!

just ordered 2 days ago and here it is, super fast shipping from CO to CA fedex ground, haven't tried this psu out yet but upon opening the box it sure smelled new. I have found a replacement for newegg.com, nothing wrong with newegg but their prices have certainly gone up in the past 6 months. I'll still order from newegg but now I have another great online vendor to buy from and at great prices!

Great service, great price -- very satisfied. I order an Olympus conversion lens and adapter on Monday, and received my items only two days later, on Wednesday. Quite happy, considering I just opted to go with the cheap ground shipping. Upon ordering, I liked that I received prompt and informative confirmation emails (confirmation, where the items were being shipped from, and the last email indicating that it had shipped with the tracking information). When shopping, I also liked the "real time" inventory information that allowed me to not only see how many items were in stock, but also which one of their warehouses had them (e.g., if you're on the east coast and the east coast warehouse has the items, you'd know that you might get them sooner). Definitely will order from them again, and definitely will recommend them to my friends.

Pretty new store to me, had the next to lowest price (I picked the lowest merchant and they did not follow through, changed my order to back order on the day my part was to arrive) on the floppy / card reader I picked up for my dad last month and again for my Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe I snagged this month. First go around package got here on Monday when I wanted it Friday...however they did explain the price was so low their inventory became inaccurate when many grabbed them up. Still this 'messed' up order got here only one day later than the last of my parts so it wasn't bad...the motherboard came right on time and was the first of my packages all ordered from various vendors the same day. Ordered an Asus NFORCE 4 SLI motherboard on Wednesday. It shipped out Thursday. Arrived at home on Friday. CrAzY fast GROUND shipping for me.
Would use again.

Good prices, fast order processing and shipping. No problems- Recommended.
I ordered 2 Lynksis Wireless G PCI Adapters. Set up was quick and easy with XP Pro SP2. Good signal strentgh all through out my house. YesMicro seems pretty good to me. I will use them again.

This is the saga of an order that went bad -- and a merchant who actually stands behind their service and makes it right!
After a bad experience with another vendor, I placed an order with YesMicro for three Logitech Karaoke mics. Not a big purchase, but these mics were needed for an upcoming party, and I couldn't afford another delay. Rather than ordering online -- their system said the mics were "in stock," but that's quickly becoming the online version of "the check's in the mail" -- I called their 800 number and asked if the items were truly in stock, and where they would ship from. I was told they were in stock, they would ship from a warehouse with 1-2 day delivery to my home, and the order would go out the same day. Terrific! I placed the order, and received a couple of status emails during the day...
The next day, nothing: no status change on the site, no emails, no package delivery. Something was clearly wrong. (I was beginning to see an omen forming here.) I sent an email to YesMicro's customer support, outlining both my experience and situation with the party. I received an email within an hour or so, apologizing for the problem (a shipping glitch on their end). Before I could even answer, I received a PHONE CALL to follow up on the email! I was already impressed, but: Since it was too late in the week to ship the items by ground and still make the weekend, they offered a) to refund my shipping so that I would receive the order a day or two late, but with free shipping; or b) to re-ship my order overnight, at their expense. That's borderline AMAZING from a vendor who also offers low prices! YesMicro has gained both a loyal customer, and an evangelist for their sales. I called three business associates within the next two days, to let them know that I had found a terrific online merchant to recommend. Thanks for going the extra mile, YesMicro!
UPDATE: The return of the "late" shipment went smoothly, including a timely refund of the deposit on my credit card (to make sure that I really returned the second shipment, a policy that I fully accept), and follow-up emails from YesMicro, initiated at their end.
I've since placed another order to YesMicro, and it arrived on time, glitch-free. Based on everything I've seen to date, this is an excellent e-merchant.
