i ordered a sony camera case LCS-VCC for my HDR-FX1000 camera. Item was reasonably priced, Out for shipping same day ordered, packaged well & arrived in five days. Will definitely dela with Henry's in the future.

I purchased a 28-135 minolta lens from Henry's, since the ones I've tried had a little 'grind' during zoom, and they didn't mention that the one they were selling had one.
I received the lens and yes it had the 'grind', which made me think maybe all of these lenses have it. I asked to return it, and they were very nice and polite about it, refunded my full cost and shipping BOTH ways, without even asking a copy of the receipt (of course the amount was on the shipped box itself).
You can see when a company is good when they have to deal with returns, and especially when they have to pick up the tab. Henry's were ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, the best service and treatment I've received from any online seller when I had a problem (B&H comes close).
Kudos to Henry's!

I ordered the ever elusive Casio Exilim EX-f1 slow mo camera. The item was received fast and packed well from Canada (I'm in the US). Thanks Henry's, I will definitely order again. Beware of other sham dealers from the New York area. Search Reselleratings for: Preferred Photo (scam) and ShopCartUSA.com (scam with fake ratings)

I purchased a LowePro filter case on Ebay through Henry's. A fair price and good delivery time. The product was in new (excellent) condition as advertised and they answered all my questions via email.

This is the second time I've bought from Henrys and this experience is even better than the last time. 2 transactions and I made a mistake each time which Henrys fixed up for me ... pleasantly ! They will have ALL my online business for camera equipment. I wish everyone could have the same "luck" as I've had with them.

These guys are absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did they have what I wanted but at a but at a GREAT price. I was told shipping would be 4-5 days. I had it in 2 days.

I ordered a Gitzo tripod from them using eBay. Got a good deal and shipping was good. When I couldn't find my invoice three months later, I emailed them and asked for one--they sent me one quickly without question. Great support.

I saw through Froogle.com that Henrys had a Canon Digital Rebel XT Battery Grip advertised for the unbelieveable price of $135.00. Considering that XT Battery Grips are listed ON SALE for $199.99 on Amazon.com, I thought that there was no way I could get that price for the grip. I was somewhat apprehensive ordering from them after reading a few reviews, but I am SO glad I did. I placed the order online on Monday April 25th. No one called me, I didn't have to be pressured into accessories. It was processed the next day, Tuesday, and I recived it in TWO DAYS from Canada! Shipping was only $8.95, which is unbelieveably cheap for an item coming from Canada (and in two days, no less!) I am so happy I placed an order with Henrys, I would definitely order from Henry's again.

I purchased a used Sigma 170-500 lens from Henry's online, prior to shipment Alfred Young sent me a e-mail to tell me about a minor flaw on the lense and confirm whether I still wanted it. I greatly apprepicated his e-mail. It was sent and I received it the next day. Wow.It's the first time i order from this store.I called a seller representative on friday for a cam.Very pleasant guy,no pushing for accessories.I receive a notification then my order have been shipped on saturday.Monday,the item was on the front of my door.Well packed and work A1.I will order from them again for sure.Great store.

Purchased a camera bag online on December 10. Received an immediate order confirmation but the item hadn't shipped as of December 14. I called to make sure that everything was okay. They apologized for the shipping delay (due to busy Christmas rush) and knocked 25% off the price of the bag! The item shipped today (free shipping as well). I'm quite pleased! Dealt over the web and phone with Alfred Yeung. Great help and service. Even handled the shipping to a different address while I was working far from home. Prompt delivery as well. This was my second large purchase from Henry's and I will be happy to do business with Henry's again.

Purchased a Nikon D70 via telephone. Camera shipped next day and was in my hands within 2 business days. Noticed a dead pixel on the screen and contacted Henrys. Offered me a replacement no questions asked and even refunded my shipping costs for the defective camera. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
