Ordering from Dealznet.com was very easy and the pages transitioned smoothly. There were no hang-ups at all in the ordering process. The price for my Canon A530 was quite low and the entire ordering process was extremely easy and fast. An e-mail confirmation of my purchase was generated immediately and my purchase was handled very professionally. The next day I got an email asking to call them and I was told that the order would take another two weeks because the camera was coming from Canada but that for twenty dollars more I could get it faster!I hope that the camera is not a gray market one that Canon USA will not cover under its warrany.
Several days later I cancelled my order since I felt very uncomfortable dealing with a store that told me that I would have to pay extra for them to honor the commitment that they enticed me with on their web site. Fortunately I had created a one off credit card number that I was able to cancel to make sure that nothing was charged to me.

This store refuses to provide any information on when my order will ship and will not issue a refund for my purchases. Do not engage in business with this store - review the BBB site first.
I had a terrible experience with Dealznet I wouldn't recommend them to nobody.
I ordered a $30 video cable on 10/20, after a week of hearing nothing or receiving nothing I called their customer service and they said the package was "on time" and shipping out in a couple of days on 11/1.
So I waited and finally received a package on 11/6. But it contained some kind of video switch which was from someone else's order, which I could tell because someone else's name and address was on the invoice.
The first time I called customer service, the guy acted like he didn't believe my story and later told me he was going to do some "research" and call me back. Of course no one called me back, so I called again the next day and this guy told me to just mail the package back to them and they would send out my video cable.
So I went and paid $7 bucks to have the wrong product sent back to them and now its been a month and I never received my video cable or my money back. When I call customer service all they say is that my order has been fulfilled and its nothing they can do.
I'm just glad I only spent $30 dealing with them and not $300.
I purchased a Sony camcorder on 11/24/06 without any additional accessories. Prior to purchase, I called the company on availability of the camcorder, and they had indicated that they were out of stock and that they would get the item the following week. That was okay with me, and hence, I put in the order. On 12/1 (exactly a week later), they sent me an email indicating that I needed to call in. My spouse then called the company. After several dropped calls and 15 minute holds, she was able to get through. The rep proceeded to try and upgrade us either to another high-end camcorder, or with one of their accessory packages for this camcorder. If we simply wanted the camcorder, it appeared that we would have to wait indefinitely. We decided to cancel the order, and informed the credit card company about the issue.
IMO, I consider this deceptive advertising. If Dealznet cannot ship the standalone unit in a "reasonable" time (which I consider one week from order in most cases), they should not be advertising the product with a standalone price. Moreover, by waiting a week to inform the customer (via the email notification), they are effectively playing on the customer's emotional attachment to getting the product quickly (because now your wait time on the product is even longer than a week), which allows them a better chance to upgrade you out of your desperation. They could have tried pulling this off immediately, but the effect would not have been the same.
My recommendation would be to stay away from this e-tailer. Their prices may be good when advertised, but it means nothing if you have to wait indefinitely for them to honor that price and order.

To start with my parcell took 14 days to arrive. After about a week I contacted them and asked them where my item was, the man informed me that it has been shipped and that I will have a tracking number befor ethe end of the day. I received this tracking number today almost two weeks later and 8 days after my package has been deliver. Other than that the item seems to be in order as I have not yet had the opportunity to test it.
Good price but the web site explicitly says that Manufacturer's Warranty is included with the item, however when I called to order the item I was told that I must purchase the Extended Warranty ($200) because there is no Manufacturer's Warranty. I paid the aditional $200 after strong pressure from the sales person but unfortunately I did not receive the Extended Warranty certificate with my order. Rip off?
$543.89 charged for goods and sevices never received
I originally found this seller, oneclickdigital.com, through pricescan.com, a price comparison site.
I placed an online order on 2/21/06 for one Sony DSC M2 for $369.00 U.S.D. plus $14.90 s&h. When I had not received any order confirmation the next day I called their 1-800 customer service #.
The sales rep then explained to me an extended service plan for 5 years
that included "accidental damage, theft and loss with no deductiable" for an additional $149.99. I specifically asked who the plan was from and he said "direct from sony". When I doublechecked on this plan on their site after hanging up it was not described as he stated. I also checked the sony site and that plan does not exist. I called back immediately to double check to see if there was any misunderstanding and he very rudely told me it WAS as he had explained and what a good deal I was getting and hung up. I called back first thing the next morning (2/23) and stated that I wanted to cancel the order completely and was told I could not because it had already been shipped .
Since then I have emailed customer service several times and called back repeatedly as well as checking the shipping status at their site. There was no tracking number and I have only rec'd one email response saying the tracking info would update by sunday 2/26 (I was originally told it would update in 24 hours on 2/23when I tried to cancel)
Each time I call I get the same person, once I asked for a customer service manager & was told to call back in one hour when I called back the very same person told me that they were the owner of the company and repeated the exact same line about the great deal I was getting before hanging up.
There have been other customer complaints posted about this same company on the pricerunner site since my purchase date stating similar incidents. There were also claims that this same company is operating under 4-5 other names. I went to the site of one of these other names listed, a Circuit Digital and I called their 1-800 sales number. When the sales rep answered all they said was “Can I help you?” without stating any company name. I then asked if I had reached oneclickdigital and was told yes I had. Then I asked the rep. if it was also Circuit Digital and was immediately told to please hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I inquired again which company I had reached and was transferred. The next person tried to tell me that they had never heard of Circuit Digital even thought that was the # I had called, not the one on my invoice from oneclickdigital.com. They also have the EXACT same customer service email address. I can go to any of these sites and log on to the "my account" page wuth the email address and password I created at oneclickdigital and all of my info and the exact same order # come up.
Only after I emailed their customer service and stated that I would be reporting them for fraud did I get any response. I then explained that since the plan they sold me was bogus , I wanted the $149.99 charge for it removed and was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived because the plan was “in the box” and they don’t have the invoice # needed to refund. Then after several minutes of arguing they gave me a tracking number from U.S.P.S. ( I was told it would be shipped FedEx Priority when I paid) When I went to the U.S.P.S. website the number came up as invalid on the track and confirm search.

I found a Panasonic TH42PD50U edtv at this store through bizrate.I ordered it for a total of $1699.55 delivered. This was an incentive to buy because it is normally $150.00 -$400.00 higher at other stores.Luckily my credit card company would not approve the transaction without my permission.DealZnet contacted me and I called them back. They said my credit card company would not process the order until,I called my company and confirmed the charge. They then started in on the extra wiring and hookup accessories.I declined graciously. They then asked about the extended service warranty and once again I declined. The representative then informed me that I had chosen UPS for delivery and I should have picked private freight. Both of these statements were false. They advertised free shipping because they had their own private freight companies. He then said,it was a freight only item and that there was an addittional charge for shipping. My item now would total around $1847.00 I canceled the order(hopefully)and called my credit card company .I informed them not to allow any charges by this company.Funny, how DealZnet called me a few minutes later.I did not answer.I hate liars and cheats.Be warned DealZnet has other business names that they operate under.Best of luck to all honest internet buyers and sellers.Dont be in a hurry and research all products and companies.JANUARY 13,2006 UPDATE This store changed its name and ran the charge through on my credit card anyway.Dealznet then sent an email saying I had denied delivery(which wasnt true, nothing had been delivered,it had only been 1 week since they put the order through)They said they would refund my credit card except for $698.00 .They were keeping this for restocking fee,my credit card fee,and a shipping fee. They also sent an email saying the item had shipped through UPS and sent a tracking number that was BOGUS.I alerted my credit card company and the fraud department is handling it now. This company is very, very dishonest,be careful when dealing over the internet.Cheap is not always best ! I have learned the hard way.

Do not buy from this place. The customer service is no doubt the worst on the entire planet. They are rude and have zero business-savvy. I wish I never bothtered with them. Waste of time and money.
Every review on this site is really accurate in describing the horrid excuse for a business that is Dealznet.Com. Ordered item on 12/15 and recieved confirmation that item was in stock and would ship in 2/3 days. Called Customer Service (haha) on 12/20 to ascertain status, told item shipped, but no tracking info available. Called CS on 12/21 to obtain tracking information, again told unavailable, call tomorrow. Called CS on 12/22 and learned that item had in fact not shipped and was on backorder. Beware, when Dealznet uses the word "Shipped" they mean that the order has been passed from Dealznet to a 3rd party supplier of the merchandise. After hearing "backorder" I asked to cancel the order. I was told that the order could not be canceled because the order might have already shipped? I strove and failed to understand this. This conversation occured at 1 p.m. on 12/22. I received an email from Dealznet on 12/24 stating that the order had shipped at 9 p.m. on 12/23 which is more than 24-hours after requesting order-cancel. Bottom line here is that if you want drop-dead lowest price and can live with dishonesty and absolutely horrible customer service, Dealznet is for you. The best part yet is that their last email indicated that if I would give them a 5-Star rating and provide them proof of this superb rating, they would give me a cert. for $20 off next order. Keep in mind that if you encounter a favorable review for these hooligans, it was probably quid-pro-quo, bought and paid for. That's my experience with Dealznet.
I ordered a Sharp LCD Tv which showed in stock on their website, I selected 3 day air shipment at additional cost. The day before the unit was to arrive I received a call that the item was discontinued. They would replace it with a newer more expensive model at the same price. I agreed to this if they could deliver the follwing week on a specified date. They agreed. The item did not Ship until several weeks later. I called the customer service dept several times and they told me the unit had already shipped so I could not cancel the order. They could not give me shipping information. I have emailed them twice with a complaint and received no response.
An absolutely horrendous experience, by far the worst Internet buying experience I've had. They shipped me the wrong product and refused to ship the correct product until I went and ordered it again. Furthermore, they did not provide a return label for the product, meaning I had to pay for shipping back. Finally, they only refunded me for the product, not for the shipping I paid in the first place.
So to recap, they screwed up, refused to fix it immediately, and I ended up paying for its shipment to my house and back.
Throw in the fact that customer service was mostly unresponsive and terribly rude when I did speak to someone, I will never deal with this vendor again. If you're smart, neither will you.
I ordered some equipment and because I needed it fast, asked for 2-day air shipping. It was on backorder for a month, so I cancelled the order. My credit card was charged when I ordered the equipment on 5/19/04. When I received my statement on 6/24/04 and saw the charge, I again emailed asking for a credit. Lo and behold, the order shipped the very next day! I refused shipment and now dealznet says it will charge me a restock fee and shipping charges. All this was done via email, since they're a web company.
By far, the worst internet ordering experience of my life. They shipped me the wrong product. When I talked to them about this on the phone, they acknowledged the mistake, but said they would not ship me the correct product until they received the incorrect one back from me. They refused to issue a UPS call tag to pick it up, saying I am responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, even when they send the wrong item!
