i have been looking fo an am fm cassette recorder without a cd player for a number of months. i finally found one on line on dealznet.com. it was exactly what i was looking for and the price seemed to be fair.
I purchased a Sony KD-34xbr960 and stand from DealzNet. The low price Dealznet offered was a little hard to believe.
I checked Dealznet reviews on the Internet, and I must say, was a little concerned about the reliability of this company. Rather than place an order over the Internet, I called Dealznet directly. I was quickly connected with a sales staffer. He was pleasant,(almost too pleasant) and assured me that the price was correct, the merchandise was brand new with a US warranty, and that it was in stock and available for immediate shipment. On that basis, I ordered the TV. Dealznet comped the shipping on the stand. I started to get a little nervous when I did not get an email confirmation from Dealznet. After 24 hours, I called customer service and asked about the email. The woman told me that it had been sent out right after I had placed the order, but that she would do it again. She seemed to have the information right at her fingertips. Another 24 hours passed, and no confirmation, so I called customer service again. The lady asked if I had any spam filter on my email. Maybe through my IPS, so I gave her an alternate Mail.com address. I received the confirmation right away. Another email came with shipping company info and tracking number. The TV arrived today in perfect condition. A week from order o delivery, including the weekend. I'm thinking about ordering another TV from Dealznet.
Great price. Fine print on terms and conditions is a little concerning. We'll see how delivery goes.
Update: After ordering, I was called and told that quoted shipping would be increased by $132 or the shipping increase could be "waived" if I purchased a $299 service contract. I was also told that Sharp would not provide the on-site service in the warranty because DealzNet is not an authorized dealer. When I asked to cancel the order they agreed to ship for the quoted price.
The television arrived quickly, was brand-new in box and arrived in good condition and working order. I registered the purchase at the SharpUSA.com website without any problem, but I won't know if there are any warranty issues unless I need to make a claim.
I am very happy with the product I purchased, the quick shipping, good condition and unbeatable price I received. I am a little disappointed in the high-pressure extended warranty tactics and I am not 100% sure of the status of my warranty with Sharp.
I saved $1,000 vs the Best Buy price, and at least $200 less than any other online seller I could find. I will definitely continue to comparison shop with this seller and may buy if they have a similarly good deal.

Dealznet.com had a very clean and easy to use site that won me over when searching for an online vender I felt comfortable with. While many online retailers require the creation of a user account & password, Dealznet gave me the option of skipping that tedious step so I could get my product purchased and on its way. Great shopping experience!
Significantly cheaper than I could find for item anywhere else. Customer support was not very helpful. I accidently provided the wrong address originally and was unable to change it using their customer support. They said they corrected it but I never receied a single email from them. The delivery of the items was on time and everything else was excellent. Would do business with them again, but be careful of the phone support.

Fantastic prices, great selection. I just hope that it gets shipped to my house within the 1-5 business days that UPS ground promises... I need speakers!!
Seems like a worthy website. No hassles. Haven't been informed that it's shipped yet 24 hours later, so that could be better - one always hopes the stuff is in stock and gets picked the next biz day. Other than that so far I'm pleased.
