Good company great prices. I ordered a canon g10 and got great service. i will recommend this company to my friends

My wide angle lens arrived in a very timely fashion and in good condition. It was an expensive lens but the price was reasonable comared to other sellers. It is a popular lens and was not that easy to find.

I purchased a Nikon VR 18-200mm lense from US1PHOTO.com in September 09. I did not received the typical email of order confirmation. I called US1PHOTO.com. Rodney took my call, checked his system, confirmed my order and two (2) days later the merchandise was at my door and in good shapejust as he promised. I have been using my Nikon lense since then and all is well. Despite some of the negative reports I read about US1PHOTO.com I highly recommend this vendor. They are very responsible and have very good business ethics and integrity. Don't let the bad reports misslead you. The price is right (Better than most other vendors and they do deliver! Keep up the good work US1PHOTO.com. Thank you Rodney for the excellent service! You rock!

I purchased a Nikon D3000, Canon 50D, and an Olympus E420 from them. Each of my orders arrived on time and customer service is excellent. They call you before and after each order to make sure you are satisfied.  
 
I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I bought the new Canon EOS 50D Digital Camera w/ 28-135mm IS Lens from web site for $1220 with free shipping. After couple of weeks company charged my credit card $1390 without my permission. I thought they allready sent the camera thats why they charged, however after few days I called them they told me they are holding my order because they are waiting to hear from me. (If you really need me to confirm you wouldnt charge my card) Anyways I told them they made a mistake with charge because they charge over $150-170. They (Victor) told that because I didint buy any accessories and used Internataional credit card they had to charge me more otherwise they are loosing money with my order. Even they charge $1390 my card they told me I am getting a very good deal. They also thought I was reseller because I bought the same machine before.  
I was really disapointed with webside. I really dont know how this side is getting good rating. I also cancelled my other order with this company. I forgot the mention they send me free battery, because I've spend few hours with them. What a compliment !!! DO NOT buy from this webside. Totoally unprofessional and they lie about their prices..

I am updating my review as earlier i thought I will not get my camera on time. This company is very good. I wanted my camera before going to Europe trip and they made sure i get it before i leave for trip. They offered me upgraded website promotional kit also. I am really happy with the way they take care of their customer. One of my friend is also planning to purchase D90 and i will definately recommend him this company.

Its been more than 8 days now since i ordered Nikon D90 from us1photo.com but it has not been shiped yet. I wanted this camera before leaving for Europe trip on 1st nov. I am very sad. I called their customer service but i was put on longer hold and somehow it got disconnected.

Excellent Job on getting my Nikon Lens as described! I wanted to try this company out but cautious based on their reviews... well i took a chance and I was one of the success stores. Highly recommended I will be back.

i bought a camerawith us1photo.com and i really liked the variety of cameras and prices they have. the only thing i didnt understood is that when i made my order the total was $599 and at the end they charged $699 for it. to be honest i probably wouln't buy something from here because at the end the price is the same of other more popular and known stores.

My original order was for $571.90 including shipping. When I placed the order I was asked to submit documents to verify my identity and credit car info. When I sent the documents I was asked to call them. When I called, the guy asked me several questions and clarified if I want any additional battery, charger or memory card. When I said I do not require any, the guy confirmed the order and gave me a confirmation number and said he will be emailing the details. Unfortunately, since three days I did not get any mail. Today I realized I was charged $649.00 although my original order was for $571.90 including shipping. I have emailed them today regarding the matter and I am waiting for the answer. Will come back here with an update as soon as I get it.  
 
UPDATE  
Asked a US address for free shipping. Given an address as requested, but no news after that. Now 8 days since the payment also 2 days since giving the US address for free shipping.

At last shipped the camera with no refund.

Life is a Gamble and lets say I took with this company. There prices are reasonable and they had a lot of nice packages. I purchased a camera and I needed it for an important event. It arrived right on time and just as described great job guys!

I placed an order for a placed an order for a EOS 50d with no problems what so ever. Sales people were not pushy like the other companies I have dealt with. the best par was when they upgraded my shipping for getting a 3 year warranty, what other companies do that!!  
 
I would refer this store to all my friends.

I was impressed with US1Photo.com from beginning to end . Prices were great and the site was very intuitive of the information that I needed to see on each page in order to make an informed decision. I called in my order, because I prefer to speak with a live person and they were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be visiting them for any addition products I may need.

My original order was for $1,719 (free shipping). The charge $1,897.93 is not correct. I tried to contact the customer service to try to correct the amount but the experience was terrible. The person allegedly called Jason (since he told me a pack of lies I wouldn't be surprised that this is not his real name) kept me on hold for 45 minutes occasionally picking up the phone and checking if I gave up and hang up. I asked him to connect me with the manager. First he told me that the manager is on the phone and he will call me back. When I asked him the name of the manager he said he doesn't know it. That there are about 10 managers. So I asked him to give at least one name and he again said he didn't know any. Then he said he will put my phone number on the manager's desk and he will call me back. I wondered how he can put a note on somebody's desk without even knowing the name of this person. I didn't want to participate in this circus anymore. And of course nobody called me back which I didn't even expect.  
So I sent them an email notifying that I officially canceled this order. I contacted my credit card that this company is a fraud and asked to reverse the charge. No real company can have such customer service. I cancelled this order according to the company's policy within 48 hours. I placed the order on September 25 Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Monday they were closed. So I contacted you on Tuesday at 11 am your time (8-00 am my time). All this information was given to my credit card bank so they started the investigation. After my email someone called me and said that they will correct the situation and indeed they credited the difference.

I'm new to this review stuff but realize that small companies get bashed for doing wrong yet no love when stuff goes right. US1photo took my order with ease for my Nikon D90 kit and upgraded my shipping at no extra charge. Great job guys keep up the good work!
