Ordered on Thursday, shipped Friday, and received on Monday. The company e-mailed me a tracking number immediately after shipping. Very fast shipping and great communication. I would highly recommend ordering from Digital Foto Discount Club.

I placed an order Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday. Fast shipping, great prices and selection. The only bad thing is I ordered from digitalphotoclub.com, and the confirmation got stuck. I wasn't sure the order went through and I didn't have time to call. Then, I got an email confirmation from ACE PHOTO & DIGITAL. Finally, the safety tape on the box was yet another company name. I was afraid I was in for a bad experience, but it turned out great.

I ordered a Canon 70-300mm lens from them. They called to try to sell me other junk but otherwise a pretty good transaction.

We purchased a Kodak P712 Easyshare 12X Zoom 7.1MP from Digital Foto Discount Club in December, 2006. We got an excellent price, and equally excellent service. The camera was shipped promptly and we received it a few days after the order was placed. We highly recommend this seller to anyone looking to purchase a digital camera. And we've been totally delighted with the Kodak P712.

Company very efficient. Seemingly at the cost of politeness, but not rude. Placed order at noon. Asked for next day delivery, but wasn't aware of call back policy. Was out of cell phone range when they asked me to verify purchase. Called back at 2 PM and left info per instructions, but no reply. Called again at 4 PM and made verification, but missed next day delivery deadline. Wasn't told that deadline was missed. Wound up getting product 5 days later. Customer service would not refund shipping, but made other concessions for value.

Purchased a digital camera on March 30th. Received shipping notice April 1st. Two weeks later, no progress on tracking number. Called in. Package had NOT MADE IT OUT OF WAREHOUSE YET. Two weeks later, still no movement. Round and round I went for 2 months. Absolutely repugnant and disrespectful customer service (Bebe is great for turning CS into a NIGHTMARE), everyone I spoke to had a complete disregard for me as a paying customer. I've been buying things online since 2000 and I've never once ever had such a horrible experience with a company. As of today (July 17th) , I still have no camera and my $350 is still "missing." Soldiers and dependants beware, this company has no regard for you, your service or your business. I was told by "Bebe" that if I wanted "speedy service, [I] shouldn't have enlisted." I will never deal with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT ANOTHER CRAPPY E-TAILER WHO'S CONCEPT OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS TAKING YOUR MONEY AND LAUGHING MANIACLY.

Absolutley a wonderful experience. I bought an Olympus FL-36 flash unit at the lowest price with FREE shipping via UPS. I entered my email wrong, they quickly assisted me in fixing it over the phone and notified me of shipping. Parts received as ordered and a rebate to boot. I reccomend this store to all who are looking for camera equipment.

Placed my biggest ($1800) online order (Nikon D80 + Nikon 18-200mm VR lens + Nikon Battery Pack) ever with Digital Foto Club on June 7 (read other's comments before I order from this reseller). One sales person called on the same to confirm my order. Shipped on the second day (my credit card was charged on the ship date not the order date). UPS grand delivered on June 13. Everything is in the boxes as they should be. The prices are reasonable. I am very happy with this reseller. Will order from them again when I need camera stuff.

I had a great experience with this company. I will do business with them again!! I had a return and a purchase and both were very smooth and they were as nice when I had to return as they were when I was buying.

Ordered a Casio G-Schock Watch. It arrived on time and was in perfect shape. The price was about the lowest I could find.

bought pair of zeiss diafun binoculars for $379.00 from this online seller; upon receit discovered that unit was defective, w. large chunk of fiber-like material floating about inside mechanism and making viewing difficult; after receit of returned unit and request of full refund seller decided that there was "nothing wrong" with unit and instead charged hefty "restocking fee" of 10%, leaving me w. $44.00 in the hole; I refused attempt to have other unit shipped, at my expense, due to quality control issues w. this particular product; attempt to discuss problem w. sales manager were fruitless, making this whole buying experience very negative indeed. Cannot recommend this seller to anyone, since customer satisfaction is irrelevant.
