Good online purchasing experience. Ordered a Fuji S2 Pro and several Nikkor lenses late on Sunday evening, 12/29/02.  
 
I requested next-day shipping, and received the order on 12/31/2002 about at about 10:30 a.m.  
 
Called on 12/30/2002 to inquire if items were in stock, and was treated courteously and efficently. The person on the phone was aware that I would want the items shipped right away, due to a manufacturer's rebate program on the lenses that ended on 12/31/2002. She assured me that the items would be eligible for the rebate, and I received the appropriate rebate form in the package.  
 
All items were as advertised, with USA warranty cards and professionally packaged.  
 
One item I ordered was not available, and I received an email indicating I should contact them, with a phone number, extension and name. I called the number, was immediately connected, decided to cancel that item, and this was done immediately, with no questions or hassles of any sort. The whole phone conversation lasted less than 45 seconds.  
 
Would do business with them again.

I placed an order online for a Norleco razor. At the checkout screen, I was shown the price for the razor($49.85), and the price for shipping($10.65). I confirmed the price, and I proceeded to confirmation. The website told me that my order had been processed, and a receipt for the amount of the purchase. The shipping charge changed from $10.65, to $17.00. I called the company on Dec 16, and explained the problem. The cust. service person told me that there has been a problem with the shipping charges, and that the difference would be refunded. This person then told me that the computers did not fully process my order, and I would have to call back in a day or two to get the refund. I said OK. I called back in two days, and the person I talked to informed me that I would not receive a refund. I explained to the person that I was told that I would get a refund for $6.35. The person refused to give me the refund, and explained to me that I could cancel the order for a full refund. So I decided to cancel the order. I was told that I should refuse the order when it is delivered, and all of my money would be refunded. I asked the person to confirm that all of my money would be refunded, including shipping, and the person said, "yes". I refused the shipment when it arrived, and I called customer service back, on Dec 26th, to confirm that I would be getting my money refunded. The person told me I would only be refunded $49.85, and that I would not be getting the shipping charges back. I explained the situation again to the person, and I was again refused the refund for the shipping charges. I was told that if I didn't refuse the package, I would have gotten the refund. I would have accepted the package knowing I would be refunded, but this was not what I was told to do. And now, I am being told that an email was sent to me explaining this, and I didn't understand what I was told to do. There was no email explaining this, and I understood exactly what the person said to do. I would not do business with this company.

WONDERFUL experience. The price they list is the price they will sell the product for, not some bait and switch price they pull the "call to confirm" on. Ordered a Nikon CoolPix 5700 on-line, got eMail confirmations, UPS shipping and tracking information, etc. They will have ALL my future business.

I ordered 2 items from Digital Foto as they had good prices especially on the camcorder that I wanted. I ordered on a Monday and the items were shipped on the following Friday. Everything arrived in good shape. They did not follow up with my online order with a telephone call for buying additional accessories. This transaction went well.

After having made one mostly satisfactory purchase, I was very disappointed with the results of my latest attempt.  
 
I found a printer I wanted through ResellerRatings.com, and picked Digitalfotoclub because of my previous purchase from them. The webpage indicated that the item was IN STOCK.  
 
When I did not get any shipping notification, I emailed them. They responded that my order was scheduled to be shipped in "25 business hours", whatever that means. I replied that if that meant 3 more business days, please cancel my order. That was yesterday, 8/14. As of today I've gotten no response, so I have emailed them to cancel the order.  
 
I think it is dishonest to claim an item is in stock and then make you wait more than a week for it to ship. I will not do business with them again.

Great online shopping experience! I researched digital cameras and knew exactly what I wanted. Ordered Nikon camera from website-no annoying follow up phone call; just order confirmation next day and promised delivery date and it was delivered on time! Everything was perfect--highly reccomend!

Well, after getting a pretty good deal on a Fuji Film Finepix 2650 combo pack, I was surprised to have seen the package on my doorstep the following day. Good prices, GREAT processing/shippings times... I would highly reccommend you checking them out. Don't let the lack of reviews stop you from ordering, it seems to be a great company.

After a horrible experience with Broadway Photo, I called these folks and spent about 2 minutes placing an order for a price close to the low end found on the web. They shipped it over night the same day I ordered and I received it the next day. Wonderful!  
 
Also important - no hard sell on over priced accessories. In fact, a quick glance at their pricing on accessories looked comparable.

My purchasing experience was totally satisfactory. No hard sell, no BS, just a polite guy in a hurry. That's how I like to do business too. I referenced the web product numbers and the order taker asked the price for each. My only gripe is that I wasn't told the final price and shipping costs or delivery schedule ("It will go out tonight." And it did.) I had to call the next day for my UPS tracking number as it didn't show up on their site as they indicate it should. The transaction was over so soon I didn't think to ask for the information! My fault.  
 
I used the UPS tracking to determine when it would arrive and 6 days later it was here. However, $39.75 for UPS ground and handling seems pretty high. They need to send an email confirming the order, with an invoice, tracking number and anticipated date of arrival.  
 
Interestingly, the invoice is from Focus Camera, Inc. instead of DigitalFoto Club.  
 
And yes, I would order from them again. I might haggle over the shipping and heandling though.

I usually get screwed when I mail order from the Northeast US but I went ahead and risked it anyway to buy a laser rangefinder. These guys had a great price and delivered the package exactly as they said they would and on time. What can I say? I'll probably order from them again if no one on the West Coast can match their price.

Great service. Ultra-Fast shipping. They didnt 'promise' that I would receive it the next day, but they did say they would make sure it would be shipped ASAP. I GOT it the NEXT day. :)
