I placed the order Oct 20 and my CC was charged immediatly. This store captured my attention because of the free shipping and the best price online. The item was in stock ready to be shipped. After 4 days I call the store and they tell me that the item is not in stock and they need to back order it! I finally got the item Nov 7 (17 days later). I'm satisfied with the store and the price especially, but maybe you want to give them a call before you order something to double check that the item is actually there.

We purchased a Kodak P712 Easyshare 12X Zoom 7.1MP from Digital Foto Discount Club in December, 2006. We got an excellent price, and equally excellent service. The camera was shipped promptly and we received it a few days after the order was placed. We highly recommend this seller to anyone looking to purchase a digital camera. And we've been totally delighted with the Kodak P712.

Ordered it on 12th, received on 13th. They had just what I needed, supplied the correct product - and delivered it with zero hassle or delay. Quantity and specific item details were to-the-letter.
Well packaged.
Top notch service. I wish all photo discounters were this good.

Company very efficient. Seemingly at the cost of politeness, but not rude. Placed order at noon. Asked for next day delivery, but wasn't aware of call back policy. Was out of cell phone range when they asked me to verify purchase. Called back at 2 PM and left info per instructions, but no reply. Called again at 4 PM and made verification, but missed next day delivery deadline. Wasn't told that deadline was missed. Wound up getting product 5 days later. Purchased a digital camera on March 30th. Received shipping notice April 1st. Two weeks later, no progress on tracking number. Called in. Package had NOT MADE IT OUT OF WAREHOUSE YET. Two weeks later, still no movement. Round and round I went for 2 months. Absolutely repugnant and disrespectful customer service (Bebe is great for turning CS into a NIGHTMARE), everyone I spoke to had a complete disregard for me as a paying customer. I've been buying things online since 2000 and I've never once ever had such a horrible experience with a company. As of today (July 17th) , I still have no camera and my $350 is still "missing." Soldiers and dependants beware, this company has no regard for you, your service or your business. I was told by "Bebe" that if I wanted "speedy service, [I] shouldn't have enlisted." I will never deal with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT ANOTHER CRAPPY E-TAILER WHO'S CONCEPT OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS TAKING YOUR MONEY AND LAUGHING MANIACLY.

Absolutley a wonderful experience. I bought an Olympus FL-36 flash unit at the lowest price with FREE shipping via UPS. I entered my email wrong, they quickly assisted me in fixing it over the phone and notified me of shipping. Parts received as ordered and a rebate to boot. I reccomend this store to all who are looking for camera equipment.

This was my second purchase. Both purchases were hazzle free, no calls, no e-mails except to confrim my order and where to track shipping. Most important no changes in prices. I received every thing in the orginal manufactures boxes. I received everything in good working conditon. The order and shipping began as soon as I placed the order. The prices were just below average. The lower price vendors did not even answer my questions I sent them when I apparently discovered what was not included in their prices. I will continue to make purchases from them!

My Tamron 28-300mm zoom lens was shipped and delivered promptly, as promised and I am well-pleased with the product as well as the service I received.
Although the invoice price was greater than the amount quoted when I placed the order, upon calling this to the seller's attention, the discrepancy was promptly and courteously resolved.

I am thrilled with DigitalFotoClub. I ordered a $150 camera tripod. It came quickly. However, the shipping company had damaged it in transit.
I called the DigitalFotoClub and they sent the replacement tripod before I returned the broken one.
The people I spoke to on the phone were terrific - polite, knowledgeable and interested in me.
I have ordered from DigitalFotoClub several times and will happily do so again. I will recommend them to friends.
Lastly, their prices were the best I found, which is what attracted me to them in the first place.
With my several experiences with them, I trust them to meet my future needs, too.

I purchased the Konica-Minolta Dimage Z6 Digital Camera. Digital Foto Club had the cheapest price and shipping was free. I paid for the camera online on Monday afternoon and received it Friday morning (I sent it to my work address so I wouldn't miss the delivery. Even though I didn't pay for faster shipping, it arrived much faster than I expected.
I received very prompt email confirmation of my order at 1:28 pm and they sent my UPS tracking number three and a half hours later. The camera arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged. I cannot imagine how this process could have been any better. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with how easy and lightning fast I received it. I would definitely order from them again. The customer service from this store is absolutely terrible. I sent an e-mail as it says to do, in the e-mail notification from them, asking for an RMA number. They are suppose to respond the same day. After 2 1/2 days and e-mailing twice, I finally called. The customer service rep acted like I was a burden to ask for a little service about returning a product. I will never shop this store again.
