Thank you online car stereo for the great service, I placed an order over the phone the sales people were very nice polite and patient. I got my speakers as they promised on time. I just installed them and they work perfect. Couldn't be more happy, thank you again Daniel.

First time buyer at onlinecarstereo.com, extremely skeptical about it because of some of the Negative reviews that I read. I placed the order on Friday took advantage of the free shipping (I bought Alpine CDA-9835) I received it today which is Monday, 3 days after my order was placed. I'm not sure why others had a bad shopping experience. Until I have an experience similar to those who vow never to shop at onlinecarstereo.com I will continue to shop here and if I do have a BAD experience I will definitely share.

I am very happy with this company. The website is very easy to use and everything is clear. Fast and free delivery (you can not beat that), I ordered my item on Nov. 23 and got it on the 25th. Overall I had a good experince and will continue to shop with onlinecarstereo, good and reliable website.

Very good prices...if you actually receive the product. They need to notify their customers if a product is on backorder. I had to call customer service just to find out what the hold up was. Pay the extra money to purchase car stereo equipment somewhere else!

Service was horrible. I had to fax and then e-mail a copy of my credit card to them, and they insisted they never received it. I had to call them about not receiving my order after a week, and their comment was "we never received your copy of your credit card".  
 
Canceled the order, never will I ever go to their site again. These guys have not a clue on what they are doing.

Very good prices without the ridiculous overinflated shipping and handling charges. You can find slightly lower prices but you are probably going to pay $15+ S/H :-(  
 
Spend over $99 (not hard to do) and get free shipping. Ordered two pair of speakers and received them pretty quick (UPS Ground). Very happy with purchase!

Very poor RMA service. Waited a week after receiving returned speakers, before sending replacement speakers.

Great site!! Ordered two different sets of Inf speakers and got the exact ones. The only thing that was a wrong is that the box it came in was beat up. Could of been UPS error or water, but other then that, there great.

Placed order on the 29th, order was shipped out on the 29th. Arrived by UPS two days later. All items were as advertised and in the box. Shipping was free for orders over $100. No complaints so far - I need to install the stereo to make sure everything works, but so far, so good!  
 
Nice selection on website, easy to navigate, no hidden costs. Prices look pretty decent overall.
