Bought PC2700 512 MajorBrand (3 Sticks) Did Not Order head spreaders! Received PC2100 Generic Brand W/heat Spreaders. One had the small trasisters missing, Broken Off!  
Tried To call - Got the run around, Tried to reason with them about the wrong RAM; They hung-up!  
I'm Soo Pissed - About to Drive My Car from KS to CA for alittle showing of Respect!  
 
DO yourself a Favor if you buy from these Scam Artists, Wipe your A$$ with your money and then send it to them.. OtherWise - DONT BUY FROM AIB!  
They Also write comments - Always see the same kinda positive feedback on pricewatch with the A+++ or A+A+A+ crap.. always written in the same mannor - hmm wonder why? Cause they Want to Screw You Over!!!

BUYAIB charged me for SAMSUNG PC2700 RAM, which is what I ordered. What I got in the mail was PC2100 GENERIC ram. Two years later, and I still haven't been given a refund or the correct product.

I ordered Low Density PC 2700 DDR that was compatible with my motherboard. They sent it to me and I installed it an immediatly received errors. I ran diagnostics on other machines with it in it to be sure it was the RAM. The RAM was bad and I RMA back to them, they said the RAM was good and charged me 15 percent restocking for bad RAM. They sent me bad RAM and charged me instead of just sending good RAM. Beware, they are a bad business out for your money!

Great prices, very fast shipping. My only minor gripe is that I received no notification of shipping, and as far as I can tell their website does not give shipping status.  
 
If you're looking for RAM, they have a great compatibility verifier. Some of the RAM deals offer no restocking fees without paying additionally up front, just in case you do get some RAM that doesn't work for you.  
 
I'd recommend and buy from BuyAIB again. They're much better than another reseller that I had a terrible experience with.

I ordered DDR memory modules from this merchant. First they cancled my order without contacting me, due to an "unverified" shipping address. After that my memory came, but was not the Samsung brand that I paid for. It turned out to be a generic brand that did not match the performance specs on my invoice. After contacting the company, they said that I should send it back RMA for an exchange. A few days later I found that once they recieved the RMA, they, again, cancled my order. As it turned out, they were "out" of Samsung, and didn't have any now.. or in the forseeable future.  
 
Were they hoping I wouldn't notice??

Terrible. Awful. This company is going to put itself out of business. Poor customer service. Shoddy packaging. Poor communication with customers. I purchased 2 DIMMS of DDR and neither one worked! Supposed to be guarenteed compatability. Do NOT buy from buyaib.com.

AccuPC fulfilled my order quickly and without any hassle at all.  
 
I didn't have to call them, or do any follow up with them. I placed my order and had tracking confirmation for my ASUS mainboard the very next day.  
 
I will gladly do business with them again.

I had bought Samsung 512MB PC2700 333 MHz with  
"Aluminum heat spreader for Memory" installed.  
After memory broke I removed head spreader and there was another label "PC2100" and it WASN'T Samsung.  

Good product. Offers free delivery with many online orders. Product was 1GB PC3200 RAM.

Although I did receive the serial card in a relatively quick amount of time, I never received any notification that my order had been accepted and was being processed. Also, let's face it. A $20 shipping charge to receive a package six days later is a little excessive.

Go anywhere else but here. Their prices may be good but their products are not. Then when you want a refund they charge a 20% stock fee and recharge you for your free shipping. They are terrible people to do business with.

I have purchased several sticks of ram from these guys without any problems.2x256mb pc2100, 2x512mb pc3200 and 1 set of 2-channel 1gb pc3200. Every piece of memory worked perfectly out of the box.I usually go with the Samsung products because I have the best luck with them, and believe me, you need to have luck when buying memory.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. If they spent anywhere near as much time on customer satisfaction as they do in sending out bogus ratings for themselves, they'd have plenty of return business. They lie, cheat, and steal. Web site specifically states no restock fee for certain items, yet they charge 15% anyway. Promise to deliver overnight then don't. Phone support is extremely rude.
