I bought ram from them. It took 3 weeks to get it and it was pc2100 ram and I bought pc3200 ram. They rip everyone off, don't buy from them.

Scam artists... Bait and switch... what else can I say?  
 
Purchased a Micron PC3200 CL2.5 2GB kit (2x1GB) with copper heat spreaders, received generic ram with the heat spreaders. Of course I couldn't tell it was generic visually, so I used a program called cpuz to check it out. Not only was it generic ram, but it was CL3.0 at 200MHz!!  
 
I attempted to call the company but no one picked up the phone (ever...). After checking this website and hearing similar stories, I then contacted my credit card company to issue a fraud report and try to get my money back. They wanted me to send the ram back first, so I started a return request on the buyaib website. I expected AIB to pay for return shipping because the product description clearly said they would. The 30 day period went by, I had called AIB multiple times but never once got someone to pick up the phone. Talked to my credit card company again and they were going to charge back the amount of purchase.  
 
Of course as soon as my bank charged AIB for the purchase, they noticed and sent me a "We're so sorry you had problems with our product" letter along with a shipping label. Keep in mind this was only about 2 months after I had requested they send me a return shipping label so I could send it back.  
 
So end of story, I got my money back, buyaib got its ram back, and was not punished in any way for the deliberate fraud they commit every day.  
 
Do not buy anything from these criminals.

This is a terrible terrible store. I've purchased RAM from them twice, and both times they've sent me RAM that wasn't what I ordered. They slap a sticker on it and say it is, but really they're just ripping you off. Don't buy anything from them. It's also impossible to get ahold of them by e-mail or phone. I wish I could do more than just write bad reviews about them, like get my freaking money back!

Purchased stick of 512MB PC133 RAM. Arrived in a timely manner, but my motherboard could not detect the the module. Used the automated RMA system on retailer's website and sent it back. Recieved the replacement two weeks later and got the same problem. Got another RMA and sent it back today. Update: the refund was posted to my account about one week after the return shipment.

I can't believe these people are still in business. I have just dissassembled the computer I built with this memory two years ago, and wanted to continue to warn readers to STAY AWAY! I ordered 1 piece of 256MB PC2700, and received absolutely no confirmation at all from their website. A week later, they charged my debit card for double the purchase amount. They did not answer many many emails and phone calls, but I decided that I could use two pieces of PC2700. Three weeks later, I received a dirty, beat-up envelope containing one piece of memory in a plastic bag - no padding at all. And, of course, it would not boot up. After manually setting the memory for 133mhz, I found that the SPD was programmed for PC2100 and it would not run at PC2700 speeds. I peeled off the "buyaib.com 333mhz" stickers, and found the "buyaib.com 266mhz" stickers beneath. Then I looked up the memory module serial numbers to verify what I had already figured out. Apparently the previous poster had better luck than I, three years later, but I think you're better off buying lottery tickets if you like to gamble.

I was shocked to see the low ratings for this company. I placed an order on the 6th of May and UPS attempted delivery on the 10th. The memory was shipped the same day, was a good value, and works great.  
I found them on pricewatch and ordered from them because they didn't seem to be shady like some others I could mention. They didn't bait the ad with irrelevant keywords and told exactly what it was, even down to the 32x8 dram. Others will get you to click on their ad and then say, "Oh, by the way....it doesn't work with intel chipsets."

I ordered RAM from them and no response to 4 emails asking where it is. They took my money already and I cannot phone or email them successfully. ANd I have no clue if I will ever get the RAM

Took two weeks to recieve ram. Was worried after reading other reviews on here, and was unable to reach their phone support after multiple attempts. I was lucky my order arrived, but I WOULD NOT recommend anyone buy here. There is NO phone support, they have four contact numbers, and no one answers any of them.

Relieved & Suprised. After reading the reviews here I was concerned. However, I recieved exactly what I ordered in a timely manner & tested memmory fully with no errors. Very satisfied. It seems inpossible to reach them by phone however & to me that is cause for concern.

This company seems legit,but its doubtful. No one answers any of the phone numbers. 3 E-mails go unanswered. Delivery not as promised. I have contacted credit card co. and stopped payment to them. BEWARE DON'T BE TAKEN

Ordered a 128 stick of sd133 ram with heatsink for a client who's computer I was upgrading. Two days later it's on my doorstep. Works great, no complaints. I will definately use them again if I come across the need.

Avoid this company like the plague. We ordered some ram from them , even gave them the model # to the pc we have .Sent the info to email support and they showed us what ram they had in stock that would work for our model. Well, wouldnt you know it , they sent the wrong ram . Was not compatible. So, after four days of un answered emails(they have no support dept)they finaly sent me a mail saying that they were issuing a refund. Low and behold they charge me a 35% restocking fee because of their mistake.  
If you are looking at buying anything at all, you should really stay far far away from this company as possible.

VERY Dissappointed with my service here I had purchased 2x1gig Ram sticks and only one of them had worked. SO I sent it back with receipt and note and I never seen it again. I cannot contact them on the phones and they do not answer thier Email.

I had a really good experience with this company. I ordered pc memory, 512mb. My order was processed in 24 hours and I was sent a fed-ex tracking number. The memory came in a fed-ex envelope bubble wrapped. i installed it and it worked great. I was scared after the reviews I read here, but it was a good experience for me. I talked with aib sales after the order was placed and they told me they hired more people to help process faster.

I bought 512mb DDR 2100 from this company years ago. I don't have the exact date and it was at 2002, but I have the authentic order number.  
 
Anyway, The memory was not very well packed. It was in a bubbled envelope. And it came bended.  
 
However, the replacement was no hassle. And the memory still works well. I probably wouldn't have bought from them if I saw the review rating. But I think it's only fair to mention that they were helpful enough with the replacement. So I am satisfied.
