Ordered two Ramses 1gb DDR2 memory sticks on 07/21/06. Received them shortly and they worked fine.
Around the first of October, one memory stick failed. The BUYAIB web site said that there was a one year warranty on the memory sticks.
I filled out the online RMA and return the faulty memory stick, Certified Mail, Return Receipt requested. I have received the post card with a signature of a BUYAIB employee confirming that the faulty memory was received by BUYAIB.
It's now a month later and I have received no replacement memory and no communications from BUYAIB. On their web site, the RMA indicates "Waiting For Return Package".
I have sent e-mails to all of the e-mail addresses on their web site with no reply. I have called all of the phone numbers on their web site, let the phone ring at least 20 times and no one answered the phone.
After making these efforts, I contacted my credit card company and put the transaction in dispute. The credit card company has issued a credit to my account for the faulty memory and is waiting for a response from the vendor (Good Luck with that!)
As you can see from the many reports of dissatisfaction, my experience is not unique. It must be that BUYAIB is able to stay in business only by counting on first time orders from unsuspecting customers.

Lost my money order in the mail..
It was not returned to me by the post office
cost me 12.00 to cancel M.O. for $53.00 Item
Avoid this company at all costs,
from bad mail handling to out of stock products to shoddy merchandise, there are much better companies out there

I received my order just fine, a little slow, but for free shipping.. Then the problems began. buyaib doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to email, doesn't communicate with thier customers. I filled out thier confusing and clugy RMA form, and was issued an RMA number, I gain tried to email and phone the company, no responce! I mailed the product back in the hopes that there "system" actual would work, after waiting over a week and a half, no responce, no credit on my card no communication! I have opened a dispute with my credit card, and hope that these people get shut down, or learn to communicate with thier customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER! Unless you think this is a perfect world.

I recently purchased a CPU upgrade of an Athlon 2600+/266 Thoroughbred "B" in order to play Doom 3. The chip came attached to a piece of cardboard and wrapped with a rubber band. I'm lucky the thing would even boot. Once i got it running it was obvious that the chip was defective... it overheating and became completely unstable once it hit temps as low as 50 degrees celsius. I missed the short 7 day return windows trying to fix this problem and am selling it on ebay to try and cut my losses. The one other time I bought from buyaib they sent me a Radeon 8500 that was also defective. I wish I'd read this page earlier. Don't buy from these people.

This company is a fraud. Unfortunately i did order this from Pricewatch.com without reading here the Store Reseller reviews.
This is what happened. I ordered my 2x512mb A-Data Viesta PC4000 for 236 USD. UPS brought it today 8/6/2004. I was still half asleep as the UPS guy gave me the package so i went back to the bedroom. I opened the package while my wife was right beside me.
What did i got ? 236 Dollar worth of AIR. No Invoice, no peanuts and sure no memory. Well now i have to see how it turns out but i m not very satisfied as well. I will force my money back through the bank if they dont do refund me my money in a short amount of time.
I just can WARN everybody who is going to buy from this company, by now i think the pricewatch feedbacks are fake somebody needs to do something about them they are already to long in business.
No conctact from them til today. All i can say is that i informed UPS to run an investigation, the BBB, the FBi Fraud department and also the Federal Trade Commission.
If you experienced fraud through that company please inform the BBB, FBi, FTC and the Shipper who has been used.
Credit Card Company as well to get your full amount of money back. This review was modified by its author, hw_locutus, on

I have purchased several sticks of ram from these guys without any problems.2x256mb pc2100, 2x512mb pc3200 and 1 set of 2-channel 1gb pc3200. Every piece of memory worked perfectly out of the box.I usually go with the Samsung products because I have the best luck with them, and believe me, you need to have luck when buying memory.

It seem one of my ram was a bad stick, ordered 2 PC133 512mb each. OMG! what a ripoff, but here the kicker when sent back they say it was good. How in the world what they mean by that? LMAO. so sad, yet so deceiving of them... just say they can keep and they said ok. What ya know, burning a few or as many they like as a way to profit from the consumer. Pretty cool right?
Not.
I understand they are desperate to make $$$ but plz at least have a working component to satisfy us poor fella who has very low income.

Shipped wrong product, upon returning the product instead of shipping the right memory, they cancelled the order and charged re-stocking fee. What a FRAUD!!!!

Very bad experience!!! This site should be shut down for false advertising!! Said that micron ram was 33.00 pc2700 256mb. If you upgrade to next version it is +15.00. Ok, so i did that... the total was 58.00!!! HOW? That added 25 not 15. Shipping was free so it wasnt that. Ok so I emailed them 3 TIMES!! NO RESPONSE. NO CORRECTION ON MY CREDIT. Then I got the ram and it was supposed to include a heat sink. NOPE!!! I emailed for a missing part order.. NO CONFIRMATION STILL TO THIS DATE!!!

I just hope anyone reading this is doing so BEFORE doing business with this "company"! Unfortunately, I ran across this site too late. I was building a machine for my mother as a present, and as I was starting to get a bit low on funds, I checked pricewatch.com for some bargain RAM. I ordered their AIB256DDR/PC2700 256MB PC2700 333 MHz Intel P4 & AMD 184Pin sticks(2 of them). It took them a while to arrive, and once they did, it had a very cheap look and feel which made me wary to begin with. I tried to install each one. The first was DOA. The second caused a buffer overflow when trying to install Windows XP. This was verified by installing them on my main computer as well, just in case their may have been a problem with the new board I had. I sent them both back and was hit with that infamous
%15 restocking fee. Pay the extra cash for Kingston memory! Never send these scammers money, or your bank account will be lightened by them. By far this is the worst company I've ever did business with on the net. Thank goodness I only sent them fifty bucks.

I ordered a 1gb or RAM memory for my computer. It has been 6 days already, no signs of shipping /although I was told that it will be shipped out next day /. When I called the tech support the guy on the phone was high or drunk and couldn’t really talk! Right now I was trying to call them their 1800 number which is busy(??!!), and the main office, where someone pick ups the phone and hang it up right away. The emails I have send to the support of that company are coming back with a note : Sorry your message to buyaib3@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102]. No communication, no support what kind of company is that? This review was modified by its author, polishruben, on

I puchased a set of 3 piece speakers, and overclocked PC2700 256mb ram.
They sent some generic grade 2 piece speakers. Filled in RMA, called them, they said they will refund the S&H on the return shipment. They LIED, refunded only $4 out of the $8. At first, I thought it was a shipment mistake, I am ready to forgive and maybe buy from them again. However, they even want to squeeze the $4 out of my return S&H. Their boss is probably short for cash to repay loanshark. I'll send them a buck or two out of pity.
The memory didn't work at PC2700. Peel open the heavily glued heat sink, and called my reseller friend.. It is a MD chip. PC2100. The cheapest you can get from Taiwan. Unlikely to be overclocked... The O/C stuff is just a scam, selling PC2100 at PC2700 price.
I didn't return the chip, knowing for certain that they will screw me over on the restocking fees, and saying that "Oh, we tested the ram, and it is fine, your motherboard is not compatible".
Sold it on EBAY. Of course, I sold it as a PC2100. Unlike some crock company. This review was modified by its author, chutan, on
