The oredring on line was ok, it would have been nice to not have to redo all the searching to continue shopping from my last page, it would have been great to have a return to last page or return to shopping from the check out page.  
 
I received my product quicked that expected and shipping was cheaper,

My stuff arrived in okay shape, although the plastic bag you shipped my foam in was torn on arrival.  
 
You guys charged me over $65 to UPS my foam to me -- and then just stuck it in a plastic bag. I expected cardboard for that kind of money.  
 
The foam is in good shape, albeit a little dirty, so no harm done, I suppose.  
 
Please reassess charging so much for shipping, if you're only going to "glad-bag" the order.

My only complaint is that they have steadily been increasing shipping rates for the last several years. They have not gone down despite oil dropping $100 per barrel. $22 to ship a 10# box to CA seems high to me. I just ordered a much smaller order and the shipping was about $12. They are adding quite a bit to what UPS charges...or they need to renegotiate their UPS contract.  
Besides shipping cost, I have no complaints.

I used 2 day shipping. In contrast I bought a camcorder recently from a "Big box" store in town and still am waiting (it was on back order).

Great, prompt service. They experienced a problem getting authentication from my credit card company, and their follow-up with myself and the CC company was outstanding, so that there was no problem with next day delivery.
