This was my first time ordering from 6ave.com and my purchase was simple and enjoyable. They were quick and my item was received within 3 business days in good condition. I will make future purchases from them and recommend others to consider the same.

Well packaged product. Directions to setup could be a bit better but overall product is real nice. Its a good size for a small room (we have it in a 10'x10' sitting room and it fits perfectly). Nice brown/expresso finish and chrome feet. Glad we made the puchase.

Very good price, fast shipping. Upon arrival new condition was questionable. I waited on hold for 1 hour and sent an e-mail to which I never received a response.  
 
I called again today and got through, apparently the e-mail was never received. They also said that the camera was brand new from Panasonic and never opened. Nevertheless, they were willing to work with me and I got a $5.00 refund (they also offered a return/exchange or 10% off of my next purchase).  
 
I absolutely love the camera and the prices are great. I would definitely recommend this site.

I purchased the item at a great price. It shipped out promptly and I received the TV in good order. I was apprehensive purchasing something so expensive on the web. This was real easy and have only good things to say.

I was shopping for a 32 inch LCD TV for a den and found a Panasonic Viiera which reviewed very favorably. I like to shop the internet for price and came upon Sixth Avenue Electronics on a day when they had their "make your own price day". Amazingly I got the set for $70 less than everyone else. With free shipping I couldn't resist. I will definitely use their web site in the future for electronic purchases.

Excellent experience! I was nervous about ordering a 72 inch TV online for delivery, but 6 Ave had a great price and I had read their positive reviews, and took a chance with my credit card. Ordering was easy, and this huge TV arrived in just 5 business days in perfect shape! The local delivery crew was very helpful (your local experience will obviously vary) and arrived when promised. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and would look here again when I need to update my a-v system. Thanks again....

The salesman was very nice, but unfortunately it was a bad experience. I ordered a Panasonic TC-TP50V10 Plasma which arrived damaged. After explaining this to the salesman, he arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately I wasn't able to put this on my 6ave card for 12 months interest free, because they charged me for the replacement before they would refund my original television, and I didn't have another $2,000+ in available credit on the card. Again, I lose out. The second set has an uneven application of the anti-reflective filter, causing the television to have vertical streaks in the picture. This is very noticeable and ruins the anything with horizontal movement, and faces appear to have lines on them. I've been instructed that 6ave won't help me with this and I have to deal with panasonic. Panasonic is only willing to send an inexperienced local tech to dissect my brand new television. 6ave should take responsibility for a faulty new product, not direct the customer who paid $2,000+ to go to the manufacturer for a repair. I guess this is what happens when you don't go to your local Bestbuy and opt for an online retailer. B&M from now on for this guy.

I read through all of the reviews here and most of them seemed positive and there were a few negatives. I figured I would give 6ave.com a shot and ordered a Panasonc TC-P65s1 television. I ordered it on October 16th and had it October 23rd. The tv came completely undamaged and I did not pay for white glove delivery but the delivery guy helped me bring it inside and unboxed it for me. Pretty smooth transaction from 6ave.com

I am very impressed with the overall shopping experience. Excellent prices, good communication, quick delivery (Free S&H) and product info and specs. Will recommend to others and bookmark you my favorites file.

The replacement television is not equivalent and does not have some functionality that the replaced TV has had.

I ordered a Panasonic camera that showed as in stock from them 11 days ago. I've made two previous calls to customer service where they assured me that the item would ship by the end of the next day. Last night after the 3rd contact to customer service they told me that it might be 2 more weeks at most because of a mysterious computer issue. I'll never do business there again. Buyer beware.
