I had online ordered the Omnimount VFL on Wed 2/3 @ around 11am and it was promptly delivered the next day by 4:30pm. This was one of the fastest online deliveries that I had ever experienced. Even better, it was free shipping on the purchase.

My purchase was at the right price and billing was really easy, same day processed and billed and was shipped the very next day!  
 
Note: shipping company for curbside service was a bad choice it took two weeks for delivery of my tv and at one point i had called and they "didn't know" where my tv was.

The coupon code was a savings +.  
The communications from customer service was excellent every step of the way.  
I was kept current on the status of my order through e-mails.  
The package arrived via UPS in a timely manner.

I ordered a 42" plasma from 6ave and had a smooth and fast transaction with them. ground shipping reached me the day after i ordered which was very fast. the tv i self was double boxed with plenty of padding and foam to protect it and it arrived safely. would highly recommend them based on their prices and quality of service, shipping and packaging.

I ordered an Onkyo TX-707 receiver a couple of months ago from 6ave.com - I received a phone call and an email saying that the product had been oversold, and I would have to wait 3-5 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. I never heard anything from them after this email.  
 
When I followed up with them (twice), I received nothing more than a cursory "We have oversold this item, we will let you know when it is available".  
 
Yesterday, I finally received an email saying that the order had been cancelled, with no explanation of why or how. When I sent an email asking why the order had been cancelled, I was told (directly quoting the email):  
 
" Thanks for your e-mail. We sincerely apologize but we had to cancel the order because this item is not longer available and we won’t be able to fulfill the order. Thanks."  
 
This is despite the fact that the item in question is available from several other online retailers, albeit at a higher price.  
 
I will never shop at 6ave.com again - the terrible customer service and the refusal to honor an order was appalling. I recommend that no one ever shop there.

I just wanted to say waht a wonderful buying experience I had with 6th Ave Electronics. On Monday I purchased a Panasonic 42" plasma from 6th Ave. (Order Q19304500) This is the first large item I have purchased over the Internet and I was a bit hesitant. But they did a great job. The TV was billed and shipped on Monday and I was notified immediately. UPS called me Wednesday to let me know it was being delivered Thursday. It was delivered on time and was in great shape! By Thursday I was watching this fantastic TV purchased at an unbeatable price. (lowest price on the Internet!) Thanks to 6th Ave for a wonderful buying experience. I will be telling all my family and friends about 6th Avenue Electronics.

Great experience! This was the best price by far for the TV I as was looking for. The shipping was free and there was no tax. I received the TV in less than a week in a perfect condition.
