The salesman was very nice, but unfortunately it was a bad experience. I ordered a Panasonic TC-TP50V10 Plasma which arrived damaged. After explaining this to the salesman, he arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately I wasn't able to put this on my 6ave card for 12 months interest free, because they charged me for the replacement before they would refund my original television, and I didn't have another $2,000+ in available credit on the card. Again, I lose out. The second set has an uneven application of the anti-reflective filter, causing the television to have vertical streaks in the picture. This is very noticeable and ruins the anything with horizontal movement, and faces appear to have lines on them. I've been instructed that 6ave won't help me with this and I have to deal with panasonic. Panasonic is only willing to send an inexperienced local tech to dissect my brand new television. 6ave should take responsibility for a faulty new product, not direct the customer who paid $2,000+ to go to the manufacturer for a repair. I guess this is what happens when you don't go to your local Bestbuy and opt for an online retailer. B&M from now on for this guy.
