Ordered a 42" Panasonic plasma from 6ave.com and am VERY pleased with my purchase. Took 3 days to get it out of the warehouse but the order page said this may happen so it was not a surprise. I chose the UPS free shipping option and was VERY impressed with how the set was packed. It arrived in 100% perfect condition, double boxed, plenty of foam in between the boxes. I did contact customer support twice (once via chat, once via phone) to inquire about the ship date, both times they were helpful and courteous. I would absolutely order from 6ave.com again in the future.

Although I ended up paying about $94.00 more for the camera than what their website it was I still am gettiong a year to pay for it.

purchase was very simple. my girlfriend has previously bought me a pioneer elite surround sound receiver as a christmas gift during 6ave's name your price promotion. pioneer does not honor their manfacturer warranty on items purchased online or over the phone, even though 6ave is an authorized pioneer retailer. i purchased the 3 year extended warranty after the fact, since i was losing out of the pioneer manufacturer warranty. the 29.99 warranty was a no brainer considering i saved over $200 during the promotion on the receiver itself. transaction was very quick, customer service was a help, and i received my warranty kit very quickly in the mail.

I ordered a Panasonic Viera 32" HDTV on a Friday, and received the order the following Tuesday in excellent condition. Very fast shipping! The TV itself is pretty good, and 6ave's price was very competitive. Overall very happy.

I was very impressed with this reseller. In addition to giving me the very best price anywhere, they shipped my receiver double-boxed with plenty of support to avoid damage. It felt good that even though my order was not for one of their premium products, I still got high-end service.

The phone has heavy static and drops calls. It doesn't matter how close or how far away you are to the main base. It's still the same lousy reception. The portable phones of the 80's are better than these phones. I bought it because of the price, but now, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".

I ordered Z-Line TV stand from 6 AVE company. I used "Name Your Price" promotion and they accepted my price that is 20% off from their original price. Also the delivery is better than they estimated when I placed my order. Before I placed an order online, there's option "When will it arrive" to give you a general idea when the order will arrive. I click on it and it estimates from 11/10/09 to 11/18/09 if I order on 10/29/09. However after I placed an order, my tv stand arrived on 11/06/09 (exact 5 business days). The stand is brand new as they stated. My experience with this company is absolutely great. I won't hestitate to buy more from them if they have more great deals.

I purchased, and had installed a Kenwood touchscreen in dash GPS/DVD/Stereo at 6th ave in June. When purchasing the items they offered me an extended warranty, which I never usually buy, but they explained, that in this case, if there's ever an issue they'll put a new unit in, and save me a lot of headache in the process. So I paid the 100.00 for the extended 3 yr warranty (all told about 1600.00 setup). It's november and the unit stop producing sound. I brought it to 6th ave and they told me it's not wiring or anything, but the head unit is defective. Ok, so I asked them to put a new one in. Their response was NO. They have to send the old unit to Kenwood, and wait for 4-6 weeks until they can refurbish it. I explained and showed my receipt that I purchased their 3 year replacement warranty. Still NO. So now my car has a gaping hole in the center dash with wires hanging out of it, and I have no stereo or GPS for 4-6 weeks. I called corporate to see if I can get this handled correctly, but was only able to leave a message. I'm waiting on their reply, hoping they will honor their extended warranty...
