I ordered the AVG Pro from Walling Data Systems on January 6th at the same time I downloaded a free trial version. At the time I received a license key for the free trial version but not for the purchased Pro version which I believe must have been caused by my double order confusing the computer system. I inquired about this on the 14th of January and received an immediate response from Walling Data Systems to my inquiry along with all the necessary information (in a concise manner) to successfully install/update to the Pro version. I'm happy to say that I am very pleased with the quick response and helpful customer service that I received. The true test of a companies customer service is when there is a problem...regardless of origin. Walling Data Services gets an A+ in my book in the handling of my order. AVG should be very satisfied to have them offering their services.

Service was outstanding from minute 1! I did have some install issues with the AVG software and Luke provided prompt, continuous help until it was resolved. This was the 2nd time Luke Walling provided such outstanding service - the first was 11/2003 after I purchased another AVG software product. I will purchase from Luke again!

I am a data administrator and purchased software from this company. They are extremely patient and told me they would help me until I was set-up and did so. I am extremely happy with the service and custom tech support I got from this company.

We purchased the AVG Antivirus Product from Walling Data Systems in December of last year to replace the McAfee product that we had licensed. Walling Data Systems was able to save us quite a bit of money and give us more protection than a combination of McAfee and Sybari software. After using the product for a few weeks I had some concerns about the add-in product for Lotus Notes. The reports were in Czech instead of English. I was in contact with Luke Walling and he acted as a technical go between with the Czech company to get the problem solved. We then ran into another problem with the addin that caused problems with communicating with our bank. After two attempts the problem was solved and I feel that our problems were taken seriously and that everything was done to help us fix this issue. Walling Systems was in continuous contact with me to make sure that things were working and followed up to make sure we were happy with the end result. This is service that I do not believe I would have gotten from McAfee or Sybari.

I recently purchased software from WallingDataSystems, all correspondance was done over email which I was a little apprehensive about to start, but it proved a delight! Everytime I had a question there was an answer within hours (we are on oppositte ends of the globe) and even after making stupid mistakes myself in getting the software working, the representative was always patient and helpful. A big thumbs up to these guys, made my life a lot easier.
