Dealsonic Rocks! I was scared at first because they had ultra low prices but seemed like a small unknown company, and I normally shop at newegg.com. Well, their service is as great as newegg but with awesome prices! They were communicative, very flexible, and replaced a defective item promptly with cross shipment! They earned a customer for life! And here I go to rate them and find they're already rated number one!

Great price and fast effecient service. Would definitely buy from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends. I expected to receive item in about 1 wk. Received it in 3 days.GREAT!!!

Got a great price on a Sapphire 9200se card and surprisingly it shipped at the same day I placed the order (9:00am) Received it after 2 days very happy and it works great!

I recently ordered two Aluminum cases with 400W OEM powersupplies from Dealsonic. The cases were great, but two PSUs were not. One was DOA and the other blew up and killed my mobo. I contacted Dealsonic right away, and they responded quickly. They turned a bad situation into a good one. Everytime I emailed them, they responded in a timely fashion and helped me picking out suitable replacements. Their customer service is first rate. I'll definitly shop with them again.

Placed a fair sized order. They shiped the next day, nice. Will update again if something goes wrong, but so far im Very Satisfied. Although shiping seemed a *bit* expensive. Good prices though. Will do business again.
Recieved everything in good working order. Thumbs up! :D
The good:
Everything came in a decent time.
Easy transactions, nice shiping time.
Good updates on shiping.
The bad:
Shiping seemed a bit expensive (26 dollars for cables, nic, and keyboard/mouse combo)
They could offer more things.

Super fast service and great prices! I ordered an Argosy external hard drive enclosure on Feb 10th at 4pm and received it Feb 12th at noon! Their selection and pricing is excellent. Shipping was very reasonable as well--$4.95 for FedEx ground. The package was shipped with plenty of crumpled paper for padding and had a fragile sticker on it. Purchased a cheap case for a backup computer I am building. While not pretty, the case was what I wanted for this build. The case was as described. Price and service were super. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Prompt shipping and the case is great! Inventory could be greatly expanded, but you cannot beat the prices. Customer service was very helpful the two times I called to ask questions about my order. Will definitely do business with them again.

Very good prices and fast service. I just wished they had more stuff in stock but I cannot complain about the price and speed of delivery. I will buy from Dealsonic again. Oh yeah I received the order a couple days ahead of their estimate delivery date too!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a Supercase TU-150 and the front door was broken (maybe from shipping, or manufacturer defect). I sent an email to their RMA department. They promptly sent a new one and emailed me TWICE, once to confirm the RMA and the second to notify that it shipped. And silly me, I threw out the keys (my mistake), I asked for a new set and once again, they swiftly sent them. Great job guys!! More businesses should follow their lead...

WOW...these guys are serious about customer service. I initially purchased a Bytecc USB 2.0 external enclosure for my Sony DVD burner back in October and it would give me problems burning DVD-R and CD-R media. The weird thing was that DVD+Rs worked fine. I was finally fed up with it and mid December I finally gave a call to the manufacturer. I told them about my situation on how I tried a Sony and Lite-On DVD burner on the enclosure and it wouldn't work. he manufactuer told me the enclosure was not compatible and suggested I contact Dealsonic. I was weary since it was already 2 months since I purchased it. So I gave Dealsonic a call and they told me to contact the RMA department via email. I did so and they suggested another USB 2.0 enclosure as a replacement. I agreed and they emailed me back with a RMA # to send the item back. I sent it back and a few days later they emailed me saying that they recieved my item and have shipped the new enclosure out. The best thing is that they even refunded me the difference of the 2 enclosures. I recieved the item today and it works perfectly with my Sony 500AX and Ritek G04 DVD-Rs. Customer service cannot get any better than Dealsonic!
