I ordered the Skyhawk-ALP4350U-BK with side window on sept.3. I received my case today on sept.11. This is a very nice aluminum case,very well constructed. Extremly light. I ORDERED it without a power supply it was cheap at their web sight and they had good reviews so I tryed them out, good communacation and tracking information.I will buy from them again.Back to the case, you can hide all your power wires buy running them threw the back side of the case. I read a review on the case that said the front cdrom and floppy plates that you pop out to put your cdrom in were loose fitting but mine was not, everything was perfect on this case and it looks cool, if you order the case with the blue front cover you will have to spray the front of your crom and floppy because cream colored doesnt look good with blue and silver so I sprayed my cdrom and floppy aluminum color and it looks very nice.Only thing this case needs is another front and rear fans to circulate more air. Dealsonic had some "Codegen" cases and Power Supply Units (AMD rec.) at lower-than-the-other-dealers prices, so I checked their ratings here (resellerratings.com) and purchased from them. It was Friday afternoon before the Labor Day 3-day holiday, and I was told my order woud be handled as though it came in on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002. I was also advised it would be better to place the order over the Internet for tracking purposes, etc. The order arrived via FedEx on Friday, Sept. 6, 2002, while I was away, but the neighbor signed for it. The case /PSU appears to be in fine condition; no dents nor scratches. I won't get a chance to try it out until after my workspace is cleared and the MoBo arrives... stay tuned!  
 
Yes, I will order from them again!  
 
ADDENDUM (10/27/02):  
The codegen PSU is NOT really a 350 watt ATX-12 unit (like it is labelled!!); In fact, it doesn't meet the specs of the 300 watt ATX-12 PSU. It falls short in both the +3.3 volt (20 Amps versus 28 amps) and +12 volt (12 Amps versus 15 Amps.) categories. My references? AMDs "Builders Guide for Desktop/Tower Systems, May 2002". The Codegen also is shy some standoffs (6 versus 9 needed) and machine screws for the standoffs.  
I'll see if I can shake DealSonics cave and get them to mail me some standoffs... Meanwhile the second bedroom looks like the local CIA listening post, with electronic stuff everywhere (I told you to stay tuned!). (Updated again 2/20/2006)

Prices on power supplies were great.I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and paid extra for 2-day express shipping because I needed it now. But they do not ship the order until a Thursday and it doesn't arrive until Monday. The extra money I spent on two day Fed Ex was wasted.

There is not too much hassle and the CPU case came in about a week due to them having to install a PSU also. Overall buying experience is satisfactory. Definitely will recommend them.

I've purchased 300W ATX case from dealsonic and it arrived on time. I'll do business with this reseller again.

Order held 2-3 days before shipping. 2 fans ordered were sent correctly. Ordered a black, windowed case with 450W power supply....received beige, non-windowed case with 400W power supply that was a completely different manufacturer. Called for RMA, Dealsonic offered to send printable return address via email to ship back wrong case free.  
 
I recieved the black case with the correct components, however the story continues below.  
 
Upon the return of the beige case to Dealsonic, two days later I recieve notice from Fedex that dealsonic claimed the package was damaged, the package was returned to me and the case in the package returned to me was not the same beige case I had mailed to them in addition the case in the box did not have a power supply at all. I did finally recieve the black case as I had ordered, but due to the fraudulent return of a damaged case I will never buy from them again.  
 
UPDATE:  
After posting this I recieved an email from dealsonic asking why I was so "angry", i replied stating that i didn't really trust them due to the fact they shipped back a different case that was broken. Their General Manager then contacted me and proceeded to talk in circles around the real issue and showed no understanding of what had happened. Since then two other employees have called my house and left messages to call them back. It is past hours so I will call them after the weekend to see what they wanted.  
 
I have not heard anything on this since those messages were left, I have given up hope for getting a reasonable explanation for what happened.

Bought a case and power supply from them. Emailed them for the tracking number and got it the same day. Very good selection of cases. When mine arrived (earlier than expected) I liked it even more. These guys are very efficient.

Bought a case from them. It came quickly. I ordered it with a side window, and it didn't come with one. However, I emailed them, I got a reply email back the next morning saying that they were sending a new side with a window as soon as they got one, and that I didn't even have to ship the old side without window back to them. I'll give them this, their customer service is great!

I bought all the parts of my new computer from them. All parts came in good shape, pices are great, shipping is right on time, and great packing! This is my first stop next time I want to buy something.

Good experience. Their website offered great details on the case they were selling me, and offered me a variety of selection in power supply and other accessories. Ordering was easy, and they sent me plenty of status updates.  
 
The case arrived after 7 business days (UPS ground, 5-7 day), which is just what I was hoping for. Case arrived well packed and as advertised, with the power supply installed correctly and with no loose parts flying around inside.  
 
Overall positive experience. I would reccomend them, and would order from them again.

Great company! Found them via www.pricewatch.com, and they proved to be not only the lease expensive for the case I was looking for, but their customer service department is TOP NOTCH!!!  
 
I've worked for 'Brick and Mortar' retailers for more then 10 years, and I've NEVER encountered this kind of service before. My case came on the date scheduled, and had a minor flaw. I emailed their customer service department on Friday evening, and got a response Monday afternoon. They are going to replace the damaged part no questions asked, no charge to ship, no hassle to me at all!  
 
Keep up this service, and you'll be competing with Amazon.com in no time!
