I recently purchased 2 120mm fans with blue leds from dealsonic. When I recieved the package, the boxes the fans were in looked like they were wet and the leds on one of the fans did not work. When I went to rma the broken fan, they emailed me back and said I have to pay for shipping. Being only a fan, the shipping would be more than the value of the fan itself. Dealsonic shipped the broken product and I shouldnt have to pay to have it shipped back. I dont think anyone should buy from them unless they want to pay to send back their broken products to them.

the product is defective. Deals.com refused to ship my RMA. Very bad experience. I alredy report it to BBB. Be careful.

I bought a firewire card from them,it came real fast,I installed it but it was defective I email them they email me back the same day so I sent it back the next day and now I'm waiting for the other one to get here,I can honestly say I'll buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. Ordered an Apex case from them - good price and fast shipping. Discovered there were some plastic feet missing from the case and emailed their sales department - they replied within the day and sent some spares free of charge. Very impressed -would definitely deal with them again.

entire experience went flawlessly. box arrived with a big red 'fragile' sticker on it, something which other bigger resellers neglect to do.

Not the best price on the Bytecc notebook cooler I wanted, but close, and with very reasonable shipping of only $4.95 when other sellers wanted close to ten bucks, the overall price was great. Some sellers are asking $30 or more (plus shipping) for this same item and Dealsonic's price with shipping was only $22.95.  
 
Dealsonic has just joined my short list of favorite places to buy online.

The power supply was delivered speedily and it arrived in impeccable condition. I would certainly order from dealsonic again.  

Dealsonic Rocks! I was scared at first because they had ultra low prices but seemed like a small unknown company, and I normally shop at newegg.com. Well, their service is as great as newegg but with awesome prices! They were communicative, very flexible, and replaced a defective item promptly with cross shipment! They earned a customer for life! And here I go to rate them and find they're already rated number one!

Got a great price on a Sapphire 9200se card and surprisingly it shipped at the same day I placed the order (9:00am) Received it after 2 days very happy and it works great!

Super fast service and great prices! I ordered an Argosy external hard drive enclosure on Feb 10th at 4pm and received it Feb 12th at noon! Their selection and pricing is excellent. Shipping was very reasonable as well--$4.95 for FedEx ground. The package was shipped with plenty of crumpled paper for padding and had a fragile sticker on it. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.
