Company appears to be out of Business!
See link above. Ordered a harddrive on 8/7. Never shipped. No response to emails. Our Accounting Department will be seeing if the CC was ever charged.

Ok, so nine days ago on July 21 I ordered a power supply from Dealsonic.com. It is now July 30 and I have yet to receive an email for confirmation of shipping. I ordered FedEx ground shipping and they said it should be here in up to five days. Well it has been 9 days and 7 business days. I have emailed them 3 times with no response at all. This is not the way you do business. I found their number on their AboutUS Wiki page and I called it only to find out that it is no longer in service. You have no idea how angry I am. This is the ***WORST*** company I have ***EVER** done business with. Don't buy from these people!!!!! I'll wait two more days and then update this to let you know what happened.

I ordered on 7/16/08 a Koutech PEU520 3-port USB 2.0 PCI Express card. After 2 e-mail and no contacts from them, I am still awaiting conformation of shipping. It seems these people have little regard for there customers, I advise avoid these people like the Plague.
It is now 7/26/08 I made a stop payment with my Bank and sent Dealsonic a cancellation notice.

these guys suck for an online vendor. I places an "in-stock" order for a laptop harddrive and had radiosilence for 6 days before they emailed me to say the item's inventory was "depleted faster than expected". Please don't waste my time!!! If you don't have an item in stock then DON'T advertize that you do and don't take 6 days to notify me. Would not use these guys again.

I was wary about ordering from a company that didn't list anything other than email addresses for contact information, but I went ahead anyway. I ordered an enclosure, paid for the "Same day rush order option" and paid for 3 day air on the shipping. 8 days later, the USPS tracking information is still not updated and despite 2 emails to dealsonic I have not heard anything.
So far a bad experience, but we'll see if they finally get back in touch. If I do not hear back within a week I'm thinking I will need to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charges on my account with the bank to get a refund. I placed an order with DealSonic three weeks ago. On the same day that they sent me a shipping notice my order status was changed to canceled even though I did not cancel the order. I still have not received it. They have not replied to my inquiries. Do not buy from these schisters.

Bought a UPS on 1 April 2008 with 2-day delivery. Got an immediate email reply with a tracking link. Checked the next day and found the order was cancelled. My credit card company said the purchased was authorized. No contact from DealSonic. Went to the website to find a phone number, found Customer Service only available via email. Company lists items for sale that they do not have in stock. They wait till late the next day to inform you of this and cancel the order. Then when you go back to the web site they still list the products for sale. Very poor way to do business.

These guys are a bunch of losers. I order some stuff and now today I get an email that it's not available and they're only gonna ship a portion of my order and not my whole order. Yet, w/ their s/h prices the only way to save money w/ them to order multiple items and now they are cancelling some items from my order. Yet, a look at their website at this very moment still shows the items in stock. Bunch of scammers and losers. Don't buy from these idiots.

Ordered 2 enclosures on Feb 24 - On Mar 1 received email that the were only shipping one of them because they ran out of item. So it took them 5 days to know this - If you don't have item just say so and I will go elsewhere. Now I have to wait another 5 day to receieve the one they shipped. Will NOT deal with them again - too many other places that are more up front.

Will not buy from them again! I bought over 4 items from them but never had an RMA.
In my last order, the item I purchased cannot even be powered on. Dealsonic refused to pay for return shipment of defective product. And Dealsonic requires customers to pay for insurance of return shipping. Most retailer reimburse shipment for defective products. I ended up taking a lost of $15 from my order. $5 shipping and $10 return shipping. (The product I ordered only worth about $19).

I recently purchased 2 120mm fans with blue leds from dealsonic. When I recieved the package, the boxes the fans were in looked like they were wet and the leds on one of the fans did not work. When I went to rma the broken fan, they emailed me back and said I have to pay for shipping. Being only a fan, the shipping would be more than the value of the fan itself. Dealsonic shipped the broken product and I shouldnt have to pay to have it shipped back. I dont think anyone should buy from them unless they want to pay to send back their broken products to them. the product is defective. Deals.com refused to ship my RMA. Very bad experience. I alredy report it to BBB. Be careful.

Order held 2-3 days before shipping. 2 fans ordered were sent correctly. Ordered a black, windowed case with 450W power supply....received beige, non-windowed case with 400W power supply that was a completely different manufacturer. Called for RMA, Dealsonic offered to send printable return address via email to ship back wrong case free.
I recieved the black case with the correct components, however the story continues below.
Upon the return of the beige case to Dealsonic, two days later I recieve notice from Fedex that dealsonic claimed the package was damaged, the package was returned to me and the case in the package returned to me was not the same beige case I had mailed to them in addition the case in the box did not have a power supply at all. I did finally recieve the black case as I had ordered, but due to the fraudulent return of a damaged case I will never buy from them again.
UPDATE:
After posting this I recieved an email from dealsonic asking why I was so "angry", i replied stating that i didn't really trust them due to the fact they shipped back a different case that was broken. Their General Manager then contacted me and proceeded to talk in circles around the real issue and showed no understanding of what had happened. Since then two other employees have called my house and left messages to call them back. It is past hours so I will call them after the weekend to see what they wanted.
