Shipping is absolutely great/fast/prompt. Extensive coupons are availabe which makes eBags.com one of the greatest online stores. Items are rated by people and reviews make it even greater. Items are very well-pictured on the website. Also, very user-friendly website, what else can I say? another Amazon for bags + fast shipping + very competitive prices. I ordered a samsonite laptop bag 2 weeks ago. the next day, I get an email saying they've shipped it, with a tracking number included. the tracking number never says anything but 'billing info received'. I never got the bag, but of course my credit card has been charged.
numerous calls later, I'm contacting my lawyer to see what can be done to get my money back and punish these scammers. Calls to customer service are useless, they always 'have to get back to you', and never know anything of any use. After a day of research, they find that my bag was never shipped in the first place (no reason given). The third day of calling they promise that it's been shipped second day air, but can't provide a tracking number. The day after that, they say it wasn't shipped, but will be today. Still no tracking number. More calls only confuse the shipping issue, with one person saying it had been shipped, and another saying 'they couldn't tell from the record', and as of now I'm speaking with my lawyer about possible action against them.

I bought 3 items from ebags.com and all were shipped separately on different dates. The website was fast and convenient to use. We chose ebags because of free shipping, and their policy of 110% price guarantee with free, no-hassle returns as long as the tags were intact. All items were delivered on time and received great communication via email with tracking numbers provided also. Very satisfied - the only gripe was getting things at different times, but I guess that's to be expected with a large seller.

Purchased Victorinox WebTote 1.0, on closeout. However, several days passed, received an email saying that item was no longer available. Ebags offered a 20% coupon as a nice gesture, but then turned out they wouldn't honor it on any Victorinox product. Ebags has a good reputation, but this incident shouldn't have happened...

Could not be more pleased. I checked prices on the backpack I wanted at a dozen sites and none were cheaper than ebags -- several were 30-50% higher. I got free shipping and the bag arrived a day earlier than promised.

I have ordered three items from this site.
In each case the items were deleivered promptly at a fair price. The site is well designed and shipping info. is timely sent. Recommended site.

This was an easy transaction. The company sent emails to keep me informed of the status of my order and provided a tracking number. My backpack arrived on time and the price was good. I would not hesitate to do business with ebags again.

Wow, is all I can say. I had a coupon for $10 off anything, and needed a shoulder strap for a messenger bag, so I figured I'd try eBags out for just the cost of shipping. Well, I got my free shoulder strap, paid five bucks shipping, and figured I'd have to sit back and wait until it came in. Not the case at all! It was here within just a few days, and was packaged very nicely. I couldn't have asked for better. Needless to say, I'll probably go with them for anymore baggage needs, since my experience was great and hassle-free, coupon or not! A wonderful experience...

Ordered a duffel bag from them. Our order shipped promptly but when it arrived there were 3 luggage locks in the bag and NO duffel bag. I needed the bag in 2 days so I called eBags, expecting them to offer to ship the correct merchandise overnight at their expense. They didn't and offered no aplogy. I was told that I would have to wait 2-3 days for a prepaid label. I would then have to wait 2-3 days for them to receive and process their incorrect shipment. After that, I could reorder the item with 2 day shipping. I told them that this would take to long and asked if there was any solution besides never ordering from them again. I was told that there was not. They will never receive my business again, not because they made a mistake, but because they didn't care enough to try to fix it.

I've ordered from Ebags twice - both times to get my son the mesh book bags required by his school. Both order experiences were great. The website is easy to navigate and the products arrived in a timely manner and were excellent quality.

I had an exellent experience from this website. I placed my order on a Saturday and Wednesday when I came home from work...my order had arrived. I would order from this website again and recommend others to do so as well.
