Had the item I needed and shipped it to my customers site in a timely manner.

OK, I've been ripped off a few times by other companies, so when I placed my order I was concered about the cost of shipping. I felt that they charged too much. However, dispite my complaint, when I completed my order it ARRIVED OVERNIGHT!! It was worth the 7 dollars. Their communication was excellent. My e-mails were responded to in only a few hours or less each time. I ordered a Vantec hi-power TMD fan, and by mistake they sent a normal fan. Since the two fans look exactly alike it was clear that it was just an honest mistake. They offered to send me the correct one free of charge, and said to keep the old one for the trouble. I have had a lot of bad expereince with on-line retailers. It's nice to know that there are good retailers out there. Definatly recommended.

Ordered my fans and p2 cooler for my linux box they came on time. Didn't know really when to expect them. Their shipping choice part of ordering is more complicated than most online seller sites.

Laptopcool is a great product. I'm now able to use the notebook computer on any surface without fear of it overheating.

My interaction with this company was amazing. Right now I am using the S-Video Cable I purchased to connect to my Monster Game cable for my ps2, and hooked up my new Audio Cables to hook up my GameCube, Ps2, and DVD Player, through a cheap switcher. The Audio Cable I can't really talk about, because all of my equipment is being put through a switcher, I upgraded from a GE cable, and the sound improvment is noticible, much clearer, got rid of the little bit of static background from my PS2, besides that the sound is just clearer. The real imporvment is in the S-Video cable I purchased. I tried it on my DVD Player, and there is an amazing improvment over the GE cables, everything has more depth, and the contrast is just amazing. The colors no longer blur together, each color is much more defined and generally seem sharper. The big improvment is hooking this up to the monster game cable I have for my Ps2. The backgrounds in all of my games seems more realalistic, and generally is much more detailed. Even many of my playstation games showed much improvment, especially for the final fantastys. This is just talking about the cables, customer support was amazing, SsZero talked to me about the cables, receivers i was intrested, his opinions on speakers, and explained to me how some functions worked. He has a amazingly fast reaction time, I emailed about the cables, and about 5 hours later I had a email back, very helpful and just great to talk to. Overall my experience with this company was amazing, and I am ready to buy Component Video cables for my DVD Player, and they will come from no other but holomaxx.

This is my first order. I'd been looking all over for the YS Tech TMD fans and this was the only place that had them. Good prices.

Ordered some 12" RD3XP cables. There aren't many sources for these in the U.S., and holomaxx has the best pricing I've found.  
 
One thing to note about their site: they only list products they have in stock. You won't even see the item if you do a search if they are out. So if you are relatively sure they carry something but can't find it, e-mail them to ask if they do and when it will be in stock again. I'd forgot this point myself, or I'd have waited for some 8" cables rather than 12".  
 
Shipping was fast as was response to e-mail. Unlike a lot of stores, while I think shipping is still high, it's at the lower end for most computer parts places on the net.
