Worst customer service ever.
This has been one of the worst experiences from an online company.
I ordered contacts and brita filters from Visiondirect. I used some promotional codes on the order.
They shipped one portion (from drugstore.com) and I received it. My order screen said that my contacts had also shipped, but no tracking # was availale.
I waited 7 days after the order had supposedly shipped and after the 7th day, I called Visiondirect.
The CSR I spoke to told me that the contact portion of the order had been cancelled because I use the promotional code *that the system accepted*. They cancelled one portion of the order and accepted the other. This has got to be illegal and is unquestionably a deceptive business practice.
I went through all of that hassle for nothing. I waited 7 days for contacts that never came. Now I am in desperate need of contacts and am forced to buy them retail. Being a poor student, this really hurts my finances.
Do not deal with this company. I will be notifying the BBB and FTC of this experience.
