I'm very satisfied with SundialMicro. I ordered the SylverStone Temjin TJ03.Shipping was quick. I called them before receiving the package just to see if they would answer the phone, and yes, they answered asking how they could help me, unlike other online stores, you get the run around thru an automated system.I'll be looking foward to doing buisness with them again.

Couldn't ask for faster service! I ordered in the afternoon and immediately received an email confirming my order. Then, just a few hours later received another email saying that my order shipped! I received the package by UPS yesterday...no problems with anything.

I had been scouring the internet for a few hours looking for a particular power supply when I came across SundialMicro.com which had the item listed for much less than other sites. I've built many computers and had dealt with the many of the larger online retailers so I was a bit hesitant to leave my comfort zone. After a bit of pondering I decided the price was to good to pass up and ordered the item from SDM. I'm glad I did. They sent email conformation of my order Within 2 hours and another email, with a tracking number, once my item shipped the next day. The item arrived on schedule, but I was a bit shocked when I saw the condition of the box. It seems my box was given the starring role in the UPS reenactment of the World Cup. After the shock wore off I opened the box. I was pleasantly surprised to see my item in great condition due to the wonderful packing job by SDM. Once I got the PSU in my system it started up without hesitation :). I will be doing business with SDM again that's for sure!

They took the extra step to ensure I got my online order procesed. After not being able to check the status of my order online, I called them to verify the order. They immediately knew who I was becuase they tried to contact me, to let me know my credit card was declined, unsuccessfully becuase both my phone number and email address were submitted with typos. They then had to correct my contact information and reverify my credit card address. My bank had the French translation of my town on file ( I come from an English town in French Quebec). They then called me back to tell me my order will be shipped.  

This company has really gone out of their way to deliver excellent service.  
I called Silverstone (manufacture) because I was looking for a case they had just come out with. Even their website wasn't updated.  
They told me to try www.SunDialMicro.com .  
I contacted them and they went so far to look to make sure that the case was the correct model.  
I placed my order on Monday and by Friday it was delivered with no hassles.  
After opening it up I discovered there was a screw missing on the faceplate.  
After contacting SunDialMicro, they sent an email to Silverstone explaining my situation.  
Within a couple of days, Silverstone sent me the missing part, no questions asked!  
The whole time SunDialMicro kept me in the loop with emails and notices.  
 
Their service and commitment to detail earns them my 1st choice for continued business.

Wow! I ordered some merchandise on Sunday and it was actually shipped out on Monday. I was just amazed at the efficiency. I also had a question about the amount of packages that my order would arrive in so I emailed them about it. I heard back from them (with a very polite and informative answer) within minutes. I will update this when I actually receive the merchandise, but I am so impressed with their customer service and professionalism that I felt the need to post how wonderful they are now!

I'm very impressed by the quality of the CS of SundialMicro. My representative was very courteous and helpful. Their prices are decent, but more importanly they carried an item I couldn't find anywhere else. I would not hesitate to shop through SundialMicro again.

This was my first purchase from SM, and I am pleased with the service. I always hate buying case fans for a PC because it seems like they are always so expensive and they do not provide any noticiable performance increase for the PC. I was searching for a particular brand and color of fan (80mm Coolermaster, red LED) and I found them pretty expensive. Using Google, I found that SM had an extremely low price (some other sites had prices 2x - 7x more expensive). I was reluctant to order, but when I saw that SM uses PayPal, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I chose the cheapest shipping, and the package arrived the day UPS said it would. No problems at all.

After emailing Sundial Micro about the availability of Silverstone's upcoming release of the new TJ07 PC Case. They promptly emailed me when it was available for pre-order. Sundial informed me that Silverstone's estimated date of arrival was 01/10/06 but this was subject to change.  
 
I have delt with a lot of other company's ETAs, and found them to be overly optimistic as much as a month. Sundial Micro's date was as close as they can get with my order shipping on 01/13/06. The TJ07 case and additional items that I ordered arrived in good condition and on time. I would have no issues in placing future orders with Sundial Micro!

Purchase was the easiest I've done via net so far. Price beat most by 10%. Customer service with tracking number same day of order. Until it gets here, I would say the experience has been exceptional so far. I will be back for sure.
