This was my first experience with SDM and I must report that it was a very good one. I live on the east coast and called before their store hours and left a message, which was promptly returned. All E mails were answered quickly and politely. SDM was the only E-Tailer to have the CoolerMaster Stacker 810 and they wasted no time in shipping it once the order was placed.  
 
Overall I am extremely happy with their service and level of professionalism, they will definitely have a repeat customer who will recomend them whenever possible.

This is the 1st time using this store. I was impressed when I called and a live person answered and promptly emailed me back for a product they checked on. Made an order late afternoon and received the items the next day. The shipping rates were very fair. They were the only ones that carried a full line of Silverstone products. Sundial Micro has just earned a lifetime customer and many referrals to all my computer friends. They get a 5 out of 5 stars*****!!!

an overseas agency to take their orders which I  
absolutly cannot condone. If I was'nt desperate  
to get the part I would have taken my buisness elsewhere. Other than that I encountered no problems with them at all.

I had ordered a Video Converter from another company and all I got was delay after delay which required me to take other steps to insure I had the unit for my customer on August 19, 2005 when they were arriving in from out of town (Only for the day).  
 
I used Goggle’s price check engine to find other companies which had the unit in stock. The first company I called couldn’t promise over night delivery then I found SUNDIAL MICRO, INC. On August 18 the day right before the critical requirement I gave them a call and spoke with Jennifer a very courteous and helpful lady. She first checked to insure they could promise me overnight delivery then accepted my order over the phone and kept me up to date with emails about my order. The next Morning just like clock work I received the Converter and my customer was thrilled with it.

On August 5, I requested that Sundial Micro notify me when the Silverstone LC17 HTPC case was in stock. They had an ETA of August 9 posted on their website. On August 9, I got the notification saying I could order the case, so I ordered it the same day. I received an order confirmation within minutes. I received a shipping confirmation notice and tracking number on August 10. The case arrived on August 12. I couldn't ask for more.
