Got my LC20M-B quickly! The VFD was not working initially but after some great customer support from Sundial and Silverstone my box is now up and running.

Excellent high quality company to do business with. Very fast email after question about product. They even updated there site after I made a suggestion!!! They also ship with UPS which is a must here in Montana as FEDEX will not deliver to this location. Good prices to boot. This is my second order and I will buy more from this company again!!! Thanks.
Not only were the folks at Sundial Micro extremely pleasant on the phone, but they worked hard to get my order shipped that very same day - even though UPS had left their office already! Ordered on the 11th, got it today on the 12th. Now THAT is service!
Wow these guys are fast! Not only do they stock hard to find SilverStone HTPC cases, but offer a great price and shipping rate. I'm going to use this vendor as much as I can.
*Update: SunDial Micro is great with RMA's as well. My case arrived with some damage to a corner. This must have happened before it was packed and shipped because the packaging is excellent. They shipped another case out that day, arriving in 2 days. I did have to pay for shipping to return the case to the manufacturer, but it was only $11. What was nice was that I didn't get charged again for the replacement part. Oh yeah, some places will do this and I've personally experienced a 1-2 week delay in being credited once they receive the returned item.

I'm very satisfied with SundialMicro. I ordered the SylverStone Temjin TJ03.Shipping was quick. I called them before receiving the package just to see if they would answer the phone, and yes, they answered asking how they could help me, unlike other online stores, you get the run around thru an automated system.I'll be looking foward to doing buisness with them again.
Couldn't ask for faster service! I ordered in the afternoon and immediately received an email confirming my order. Then, just a few hours later received another email saying that my order shipped! I received the package by UPS yesterday...no problems with anything.

I had been scouring the internet for a few hours looking for a particular power supply when I came across SundialMicro.com which had the item listed for much less than other sites. I've built many computers and had dealt with the many of the larger online retailers so I was a bit hesitant to leave my comfort zone. After a bit of pondering I decided the price was to good to pass up and ordered the item from SDM. I'm glad I did. They sent email conformation of my order Within 2 hours and another email, with a tracking number, once my item shipped the next day. The item arrived on schedule, but I was a bit shocked when I saw the condition of the box. It seems my box was given the starring role in the UPS reenactment of the World Cup. After the shock wore off I opened the box. I was pleasantly surprised to see my item in great condition due to the wonderful packing job by SDM. Once I got the PSU in my system it started up without hesitation :). I will be doing business with SDM again that's for sure!
They took the extra step to ensure I got my online order procesed. After not being able to check the status of my order online, I called them to verify the order. They immediately knew who I was becuase they tried to contact me, to let me know my credit card was declined, unsuccessfully becuase both my phone number and email address were submitted with typos. They then had to correct my contact information and reverify my credit card address. My bank had the French translation of my town on file ( I come from an English town in French Quebec). They then called me back to tell me my order will be shipped.
