I purchased a CM Stacker 830 from Sundial Micro; it was almost $20 cheaper than NewEgg; I ordered late at night, and it had shipped the following day. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Excellent reseller, fast service and shipping - no complaints!
Sundial was the first on-line retailor anywhere that had the particular Lian Li computer case I wanted available. It also turned out, once other sites had the case listed, that Sundial had one of the best prices. I ordered the case the instant that it was listed as 'in stock,' and received it the next day. It turns out that Sundial is about 100 miles from my house. The case and other equipment arrived in fine condition. No surprises. I'll definitely be doing business with them again.

This etailer was recommended by my case manufacture over the egg company. For good reason too! Very good price and same day shipping even though I ordered the item late in the day of Friday. WOW!!! I'll definitely recommend this online retailer to many friends.

I have never seen such great customer service. Friendly, actuall ywanting to talk, and they respond so quickly, there has to be someone just answering emails all day! The same day shipping is great to!

Every single case I've ever bought has come from this retailer and I have yet to be dissapointed. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are good. Shipping prices are a little higher then other online retailers, but actual product prices are far lower. For example, I paid 141 dollars for my TJ06 with all charges included. That same case would cost 161 dollars on newegg. Outstanding

Great place to make a purchase. I purchased the Silverstone LC20 HTPC case on Friday, received on Tuesday. Very happy with my purchase. Only very minor complaint; I didn't receive any emails from the company. I expected a receipt email as most stores do but didn't get one. I checked their website the next day and the order had already shipped (to my pleasant surprise!) I would definately buy from them again!

Dear Customer: Thank you for your informative review. We are sorry that you did not receive a receipt email. Actually our system was designed to send confirmation emails as soon as the orders were placed. Sometimes we got rejected emails due to the incorrect email address that customer provided. Sometimes our emails were directed to the trash cans due to customer's set up for preventing spam emails. Beside the receipt emails, customers will also receive an email confirmation with tracking numbers after the order shipped.
No problems with the order process. When I recieved the case, I found that the PSU was defective and sent them an email. Within a few hours, they had called and forwarded Silverstone, talked with their techs, had an RMA issued to me, and even called me to tell me that I can immediately send the powersupply back to Silverstone. I didn't even realize any of this till they called me that evening. Great customer service!
Bought a Silverstone LC-11-SM300 HTPC case from them. Everything came in good shape, but the VFD refused to light up. Contacted Sundial support by email. Responded to me almost immediately, and forwarded the case to Silverstone. Both got back to me within days. Turned out that all I needed was an updated driver, which is downloadable online. All in all, very friendly and effective support staff (thanks Jennifer!). Will buy from them again.
The shipping is excellent and everything here is excellent. Very great site and i have to say that i love the customer service here and will shop here again. I mean with good customer service, then your order can't go wrong. Give them a call or email and see how fast they will answer you. Will order from here again.
SundialMicro is awesome!!! I ordered a Lian Li PC-v1200B Plus, and upon arrival, I found that it was missing a few pieces. The kind folks at SundialMicro got in touch with their distributor and had the missing parts shipped out within 6 hours! That's amazing! I've never seen such fast and helpful service, not even from from places like Newegg and TigerDirect. They were even so nice as to make sure that all the parts were the correct color. To all the folks at SundialMicro, I thank you for you efforts that have made me one extremely satisfied customer! :-D
