I recently Ordered a Hiper modular power supply from Sundial ($15 less than Newegg and half the shipping).The unit arrived promptly and well packed.Upon my inspection of the unit I discovered it was missing a PCI-e cable.It was clearly a mistake on the factory's part.Not Sundials fault at all.I contacted Jennifer Lee,customer service Sundial Micro,she took all my info contacted Hiper,and I had my new cable one week later!! Bravo Sundial and Hiper.Thank you for outstanding customer service in a day and age when "service' is almost extinct.I highly recommend both sundial and Hiper for any quality minded system builder.

Excellent services! I'm an international customer so the postage for my order was a bit high. However, it's all worth it as Sundial Micro packed my order with extreme care and my order arrived in great condition just like it was bought from the store. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and returned email very quickly. Highly recommended!!!

What amazing customer service. Due to a random error on the webpage, the item I wanted was out of stock after I ordered. They contacted me very quickly to inform me of the discrepancy and apologize for the error. They offered several options, suggested similar products, and simply requested my input on the order. I inquired about upgrading to a better model of the product I had ordered, and they promptly replied, and even gave me a slight (they had the best price on the net) discount! Handled my order very well, and were able to ship it out within 24 hours of my original order! Excellent service, and very competitive pricing! Will certainly shop there again!

UNBELIEVABLE! Excellent and personal customer service. UPS temporarily lost my order - Sundial Micro actively monitored my delivery until I received my order (thanks Jennifer!!) and went beyond the call of duty to assure I ended up a happy customer. Additionally, my order (a computer case) came from the factory with a scratched case window - Sundial Micro got me a replacement window immediately AND credited me for my shipping costs for my original order. I will recommend them to everyone AND THEY HAVE MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! No kidding, I've never seen personal attention throughout the order and delivery process like they provided.

Excellent customer service. They actually read emails, unlike many other online retailers. They also respond quickly - a great deal of satisfaction. They actually respond to questions (no cut/paste or automated responses that have nothing to do with the issues.)

Sundial was one of the few to carry the CoolerMaster CM Stacker 830 Evolution at the time. I had never used Sundialmicro previously, so I took the leap. They were prompt in shipping and the product was as described. Overall great experience, will definitely use again!

This is an excellent online retailer, their prices are much better than their competition, they ship fast, and what they ship comes in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from them again. I could only find one very minor issue with their service, they don't directly link to your tracking information like other retailers.

www.sundialmicro.com is siply the best online retailer I have ever done business with. They are speedy, friendly, and professional. I recently ordered CPU fans that did not fit my mother board. They contacted the fan manufacturer to see if there was another bracket I could use.  
When it was obvious that I would have to RMA the fans there was no hassle and I received my refund in record time.  
I will continue to business with sundialmicro.com whenever I can.
