Sundial Micro's customer service is topnotch. I received an item that was damaged (due to no fault of theirs -- box was factory sealed) and they went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. They were always helpful and replied to correspondence promptly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very good customer service! I ordered a Lian-Li case off of their website. Due to the carelessness typical of UPS, the case was delivered damaged. Jennifer quickly responded by reshipping. She called me at least two times throughout the day to keep me informed of the second case's status. Unfortunately, UPS dropped the ball again, and case #2 was damaged worse than the first. Again, Jennifer was readily available and communicated effectively. Although I ended up having them refund my money, I would not have any hesitation in the future ordering items smaller than the PC-A71. I only wish they could ship with Fedex.
Sundial Micro has very good customer service. I had an issue with UPS and they worked it out. They have a very fast response time to emails and are very friendly. I will defiantly do business with Sundial Micro again. A++!
You can't go wrong with doing business with Sundial Micro. Good product selection, prices, order processing and genuine customer service. One item received required an RMA exchange and Sundial sent it out the same day they received it back. They answer phone calls, send out order status and tracking and follow up with great service. Best I've dealt with every time I've puchased from them. Quality branded merchandise at a good price from a top notch vendor. Excellent store!
I've never heard of sundialmicro before until I did a price search for a certain item I was searching for. They came up with the best price lowest shipping and highest seller rating so I decided to purchase from then. About 5 days later I received my package decently packed. I would recommend this seller and probably would use them again for my computer needs.
Much like the reviews suggest on here, Sun Dial Micro is a great store. My transaction went smooth and shipped the same day. Plus, there customer service is the best and here's why:
Before I placed my order I found my product on another website. I would've ordered from the other online store except I couldn't find any reviews on them. Anyways, I emailed Sun Dial Micro to see if they would price match, and of course they did. That is the first time I've ever experienced an online retailer that would pricematch with another. Too cool.

I ordered a Cooler Master Hyper TX2 CPU cooler on Sunday night. I received an order confirmation on Sunday night and a shipping confirmation on Monday. The cooler arrived on Tuesday. Excellent service. I would definitely purchase from Sundial Micro again.
The Customer service at this place Totally ROCKS !!! They went above and beyond to make sure they fixed an order that I made a mistake on, and they didn't even charge me a restocking fee when it was my fault. If you need a case or any case accessories, please don't go anywhere else, shop these guys or you might be sorry!! Awesome selection of case parts that I couldn't even find anywhere else too :)
Excellent service. Product arrived when promised. Had trouble with tracking number due to multiple numbers. The website doesn't seem to be able to handle more than one. Jennifer provided tracking number and delivery information within minutes. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Excellent Service. Ordered products at 2:00pm local time in Sugar Land, Tx. Shipped the same day and arrived two days later (standard shipping). Only wish that Sundail Micro sold more products. Will definitely shop here again without hesitation.
$14 for 2 day shipping of a single 80mm fan?
OK I knew that from the start and had to have the fan so I paid it. But when it got here today the box had Black Sharpi writing on it and had been opened.
At least it works and I really needed it today.
(still $29 for a single 80mm Silverstone fan is nutts)
Pretty sure I wont be going back.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the review and also would like to clarify the shipping charge and the used parts issue that you mentioned on this review.
First of all, we would like to assure you that the fan we shipped you was BRAND NEW fan straight from the manufacture. The fan that you ordered was black color version which manufacture use the same box as silver version with silver fan photo on it. So to avoid shipping the incorrect color, we put a "B" writing on all black fan boxes to indicate the real fan color contained in the boxes first thing we received them from the manufacture. And before we ship them out we opened the box to take a peak to double check the color to make sure we ship the correct color. So if you take a close look at the fan box, you will see the fan box does not indicate which color version it is and the photo printed on the box is silver fan for the black version. That’s why we need to take those extra steps to make sure the correct color shipped. However, the fan contain in the box was brand new straight from the manufacture.
Regards to the shipping charge, we are sorry that the freight that charged by UPS was $14 for 2ND DAY AIR. We did not make any profits on the freight.
