I am please with Sundial Micro. There staff is treat me as a customer in special way. There customer dept. to me is the best in the merchant world. All my e-mail have replied promptly and they follow up with the order every step of the way.  
This order I have to return because I have mistaken with the machine specification, but Sundial Micro has helped me thru the return process smoothly.

Purchased an item and the manufacture had the specifications wrong, Sundialmicro investigated the issue, found I was right in my assessment, and issues a RMA in 24 hours. Promptly refunded my paypal on reciept of my item back. Good Store.

excellent communication. The item was backordered and they kept me completely informed during the process. They did not charge the credit card until shipping. They tried to save me money by suggesting using a cheaper shipping option.

First time shopper, usually shop with newegg but they didnt have the cpu cooler i was looking for and other online stores were pricier. Impressed by the response time of the processing, and i emailed them a question and they answered less then 10 minutes afterwards. 5 eggs.....err...i mean stars. :P

Superb customer support; extremely fast order processing and shipping. As a Canadian, I am generally nervous about ordering from the US, since the total cost of shipping and import taxes can be quite high if the order isn't handled properly. After placing my order online, I was contacted the very next business day, both by phone and email, to have my shipping options clearly explained to me. The order was dispatched the following day, and was delivered here a few days later. The shipping fee was very reasonable, especially for such a quick delivery. I'd be quite happy to order from Sundial again.

Great first experience! They had a hard drive enclosure I was looking for that few other e-tailers seemed to carry. Shipped fast, got exactly what I asked for. Price was great too, even a bit cheaper than newegg who I often shop with. This definitely won't be my last transaction with sundial.

Their prices were really good as well as very quick processing and shipping time.

tried in vain to get a cm stacker side window panel for my coolermaster case in the uk...found this company on the net, they supplied and shipped quickly, reaching the uk in perfect condition.  
Correspondence by e-mail with a CSR , Jennifer Lee,was a delight...can't praise this company enough.

This store was one of the only stores that carried the item I was looking for and had the best price for it. I had to return the item I purchased because it was defective. Customer service for both the delivery and the return were outstanding.  
 
The speed in which they sent me my item was excellent.  
 
The only thing I don't like about the store is the 15% restocking fee (which I knew ahead of time). The only reason why I am not likely to shop here again is because of that fee.
