I've bought a Lian Li PC-V1110-B PC case and it's superb: the right dimensions for an E-ATX board and long graphics cards, light aluminum construction, fine finishings,etc,etc.
It arrived in Brazil timely and in perfec conditions, for what I have to thanks to Sundial Micro with it's efficient and fine help covering all steps to do an exportation.

Good price. Had a UPS related shipping problem. Contacted SundialMicro, they promptly contacted UPS and got back to me in under 30 minutes. Friendly folks. Product arrived timely. I'll definitely consider them in the future when making computer parts purchases.

Very happy. Item shipped same day. Good communications. When a cheaper shipping method was available to my area, with the same delivery time as I had selected, SundialMicro let me know and gave me the option to save myself some money. Unit worked straight out of the box and performed as advertised. All around positive experience.

Our company needed the item quickly for a project we are working on. They claimed item was in stock and they could ship same-day. We received a totally different item that we did not ask for. I called them and asked them to please immediately ship the item we paid for. They refused to ship it, saying that they want the other item back first (remember we didn't order or ask for this other item). Do the math folks. 3 days for them to mail me a UPS call tag, 5 days for the unwanted item to get there UPS, and another 5 days for the item I ordered to get here. Thats an additional 2 weeks !! Keep in mind my credit card has already been billed. Anyways we need the item so we ordered it from a more reliable source. As for Sundial Micro, I had to report them as fraud and Visa reversed the charges. I also contacted local law-enforcement. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people. They are not only dishonest but quite frankly they acted like jerks. Dealing with them is a horrible experience. You've been warned....
Update 9-26-08:
After multiple phone calls where they very rudely refused to ship the item I paid for, and after I filed complaints with both Visa and law-enforcement, they now have suddenly relented and shipped the item. Notice in their reply how they conveniently avoid mentioning any of this. It begs the question why they didn't deal with me honestly in the first place, it would have been so much easier for everybody involved.
As a final note, they refunded the return shipping costs.

First at all, we are sorry for our mistake to create those trouble for you. We have to applogyze sincencely.
We received your order on Sunday (Sep-14th ) and ship out your item on Monday ( Sep-15th ). UPS Tracking report shows you received on Tuesday ( Sep-16th). You e-mail to report it is a wrong item on next Monday ( Sep-22nd ). We ship the correct item to you on Thursday ( Sep-25th ) and offer you the UPS tracking number by e-mail. We also called you and left a message to let you know the correct item has been delivered to you on Thursday.
We have a RMA Proccessing Chart needs to be followed, and it may takes a little longer ( 3 days ) in your replcement issue. Please remember, you have received the wrong item on Tuesday ( Sep-16th) , but you noticed our wrong shipment on Monday ( Sep-22nd ).
Acturely, it onlt takes ONE day to ship from our office to your location. We don't understand why you keeping saying it will take 5 days ?
Again, we are very sorry for those inconvinece caused by our shipping mistake. |

My experience with Sundialmicro.com has been nothing but fantastic. They have promptly answered all my questions through email and phone support and I'm extremely sastified with the customer support I've had during my purchase. I will defniantly purchase from sundialmicro again in the future.

My order shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived in good shape. I was missing a portion of the order but my e-mail enqury was promptly responded to (by telephone) and the missing part was delivered soon afterwards.
Great service with no hassles!

I was impressed by the extremely high reviews of this on line store and I was not disappointed. You
will get your money's worth in shipping and handling - very responsive service. The prodcut is great, too. (Fushion HD receiver). I have put them at the
top of my preferred supplier list.

This was the first time I tried SunDial, and I have to say that I was amazed at the level of service I received from them. Thank you SunDial.
Outstanding communication by both email and phone, fast shipping, great packaging, everything arrived in perfect condition.
I tried them because of their competitive pricing, but they earned my loyalty with their outstanding service.
In summary, doing business with them was an unexpected delight. Who would have guessed? Thanks again Sundial!

Ordered the Silverstone TJ10 case on Friday and received it in excellent condition on Monday. Very impressed with Sundial Micro and will do business with them again. Thank you Sundial for taking care of me.

Ordered on Thursday, arrived on Tuesday. Reasonable. Package arrived well boxed and in perfect condition.
Only (minor) quibble is that after the initial order confirmation, no shipping email was sent (at least, I never received one). After a several days, I went to the site and logged in to find out that it had been shipped.
I would also like to comment on the feedback here on ResellerRatings. Please excuse a little rant:
Before ordering, I scanned the feedback; especially the negative feedback. And I am impressed by not only the positive reviews, but by Sundial Micro's handling of the negative ones. All to often, I see merchant responses to negative reviews that are petty and mean-spirited. Which leads me to infer that if I ordered from that merchant and happened to have a problem, I would likely be treated poorly. Sundial Micro has, for the most part, responded to negative reviews with professionalism and respect.
Kudos to the staff of Sundial Micro - it's not always easy to deal with dissatisfied customers; and do so without being negative and petty. Many merchants would do well to learn this lesson.

Thank you for this informational review and the positive feedback. Normally, customers would receive at least two emails from us after the order was placed. First one would be the order confirmation and last one would be the shipping confirmation with tracking number. Those two emails were set to send out automatically from our system. We truly truly apologize that for some reason you did not receive the tracking number email from us. The tracking number is also posted on the website so customers can always login to their accounts for order status and tracking information in case if the email confirmations sent from our system did not received by customers.
