nice people great custumer service fast what you spect from a great company recently found it by mistake and i`m glad i did i saved around 40 bucks on one of my cases
This has to be one of the best site I have delt with yet. Paied it paypal at 5:20pm. Called them and they had it shipped out 10 minutes later. Could not be any faster processing time. That on top of already cheap prices you just can't beat Sundial Micro with any other site. I will for sure deal with them again.

This was a new product, not even available when I first researched it. Only two retailers carried it, and the price & service at Sundial Micro was excellent.
This company is first rate. I rate them a 10. The items I needed were in stock. They will even call you to let you know important information about your order. Very friendly great service.
Outstanding, as always. These guys, to me, are like the under-appreciated li'l brothers of NewEgg. I hate (for both them *and* NewEgg) that I have to pay my California state tax, but that's the price one pays for great service and delivery, I suppose!
This was my first time doing an International Order, and it was soo easy and quick thanks to the Sundial Micro team, they were very helpfull and quick to reply to any questions/queries I had, and kept me updated the whole time.
I orderered a black window kit for my Coolermaster Stacker 810 case, which isn't available in Australia, once I paid through Paypal it only took 4 days from them to send it to get to my door, it was in perfect condition after the long flight.
Hope to have more pleasant and easy purchases like this in the future, thank you soo much.

Contingent upon my satisfaction with the product itself, which I have no reason to believe is not excellent, I will purchase here again if they have the product I require.
I ordered a computer case from this site and was extremely happy with the service. Their prices were lower than anyone elses that I could find, even NewEgg. However, NewEgg is notorious for having speedy shipping so I almost paid the extra and went with them. Well, I ordered from SunDial and was a little worried that the shipping would take a week or so, as I paid for the cheapest shipping to save a few bucks. I ordered at 2pm Nov 14th and got my 30 lb. case at 1pm on Nov 15th!! The case was also in great condition when I got it. Low prices, mind blowing order-processing speeds, and great products! I highly recommend!
Sundail was great, cost competitive, and as fast as any on-line merchant that I have every dealt with. The product worked great so I won't be testing the product return process. I will be back. Sundail should move to Nevada so I could avoid paying California tax.
I ordered my parts on the 26th of October in the morning around 9:30, Not only was my order processed the same day, I received my tracking number for the item that was shipped the same day. On October 27 my item was delivered. There is no question what so ever about who I am going to do my online shopping with in the future, you have a loyal customer from here on out! Thanks! Jill R.

This was my first experience with SDM and I must report that it was a very good one. I live on the east coast and called before their store hours and left a message, which was promptly returned. All E mails were answered quickly and politely. SDM was the only E-Tailer to have the CoolerMaster Stacker 810 and they wasted no time in shipping it once the order was placed.
Overall I am extremely happy with their service and level of professionalism, they will definitely have a repeat customer who will recomend them whenever possible.
This is the 1st time using this store. I was impressed when I called and a live person answered and promptly emailed me back for a product they checked on. Made an order late afternoon and received the items the next day. The shipping rates were very fair. They were the only ones that carried a full line of Silverstone products. Sundial Micro has just earned a lifetime customer and many referrals to all my computer friends. They get a 5 out of 5 stars*****!!!

I had no problems, but, they do appearently use
an overseas agency to take their orders which I
absolutly cannot condone. If I was'nt desperate
to get the part I would have taken my buisness elsewhere. Other than that I encountered no problems with them at all.
