Terrible experience. Sent me an *expensive* video card and it did not work. They let me return it for a refund but still charged a restocking fee. These restocking fees are sketchy enough, but when you send me a bad product you'd better refund everything!

My bideo card broke and I used Gameve's painless online RMA processing to arrange for an exchange. The took only two days to get my replacement card sent out. Very, very pleased with the support.

GameVE has great prices and prompt delivery. They sold their product with free shipping without a minimum. I would make another purchase from this company.

I've ordered a Hitachi Laptop hardrive on the 27th of March and received the package in just about 3 days. The item was well packaged too. I already installed the drive to my new laptop and it runs perfectly. I will certainly do business with this company in the future. Ordered what was advertised as a retail box AMD 64 3500 Winchester core chip. What was sent was a Newcastle core chip which I did not want.  
Probably a shipping mistake. Anyway, GVE customer service they they no longer had any Winchester core chips at that speed but they were very nice, gave me an RMA and even prepaid return shipping.  
This will delay the build, but GVE customer service was very courteous and very helpful. Mistakes happen and I could not ask for something like this to be handled any better than GVE handled it. I would recommend them based on this experience.

All I can say is DAYAM. I only ordered a mouse, and it was only a decent deal, but where they surprised me was when I ordered at 5:42pm CST and had a tracking number two hours and eleven minutes later. These guys are on the ball. I would even say they rival Newegg.
