Very nice to work with. I had a problem ordering on-line, but E-mailed them about it and recieved an immediate response and the problem was solved. Will buy from again.

EVERYONE I worked with at Sharka -from the initial phone conversation to helping me complete my custom system - was very knowledgeable and competent. I HIGHLY recommend them for ANY need you have if you are trying to your system down!

Ordered Innovatek InnovaSET5 w/ upgraded Eheim pump along with a Vantec Aeroflow HSF for Socket A.  
 
Recieved everything Promptly with 2 day air delivery, packaged very nicely. Everything is as it should be, exactly what I ordered. Quick turn around time. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

1st order w/Sharka placed 12/13/2002.  
I made mistake and specified 2-day shipping. I noticed this on Order Confirmation email.  
I emailed them to change to "normal" UPS.  
They promptly did so without hassle.  
Order shipped same day order placed.  
Package arrived on time.  
Their email Order acknowledgement/confirmation/shipping/tracking procedure is EXCELLENT!  
BUT....packaging of items absolutely terrible. They just threw items in a box with a (inadequate) scrap of bubble-wrap (no peanuts).  
Items arrived out of their factory shrink wrap.  
That all said, they have some hard-to-find items at competitive cost, shipping charges appear to be actual cost, and they shipped very fast. The fact that they responded to my email "fast enough" is enough to make me give them another try....now, if they can fix their packaging procedures.....

I was new to watercooling and this company was local to my area. They were kind enough to let me pick-up the items and save me $$$ on shipping. The guys there were informative, helpful, and courteous. The items, of course, were top notch and their prices are very competitive. I am the type to ask a lot of questions before I buy. They were kind enough to demo their products and give me helpful ideas and suggestions. I am very satisfied.

Product shipped the next day, and arrived as ordered. I had no problems with them at all.

Charged my card even though they never shipped anything. They did call and inform me they no longer had what I order, but would like to present the old Bait and switch for a different product. I had them cancel the order however, several day’s later they still have not run my accounts charge back. Danger stay away from these guys…

Have ordered more from them since, and all has gone well. Would do business again, if I were still using innovatek water cooling products: I switched to Danger Den products, because of metrics issues. Still, Sharka has gotten better since my original comment, and I'm quite satisfied with the second order.

Little delay because some items were backordered, but overall great quality. Didn't respond to emails though. Got more information reading their site.

Didn't answer my e-mails, but did respond to calls. Received exactly what I ordered, no problems. There was a little delay in the shipping due to the items I had ordered coming from overseas.
