I would have to say I have had better experiances with online companys. First off the lack of comunication. I placed my order on the 3rd (wensday) and didn't recive anything other than 1 notice that my order had been compleated untill friday. I sent them 2 emails, and finaly called them to find out the status of the order. They said that shipment had been delayed because they had to get it from there other warehouse. I can't fault them there, but where I can fault them is that they didn't send any kind of notice that the order had been delayed. Second problem is I placed the order with UPS shipping, and they changed it to Fedex withought any kind of notice to me. they do have a disclamer that saud that they can use other methods, but when you use another company you should at least tell the customer first and why the other method was used. they also should have used the same level of shipping too. They chose Fedex ground where it didn't have to be signed for. Fedex just droped it off at the door for anyone to walk off with it. I chose the UPS method because UPS always makes you sign for it. I would have to say that I was rather dissapointed with this company and will look to others for future purchases.
