Ordered a few fans from this company at the end of October. I have to major problems with Sharka Corp.  
First, the communication skills of Sharka are sub-standard in comparison other online computer retailers. I initially recieved an order confirmation from Sharka. Upon trying to track my order on their website, i was told order did not exist. Subsequent emails also went unanswered. Finally I picked up the phone and spoke with someone at the company who told me my order had shipped. I never received my order from Sharka.  
 
The reason for this was due to this company mistyping my address causing UPS the inability to deliver the package. I now have to drive to UPS and pick the package up. No apologies or follow ups from Sharka were ever made.  
 
I will not use Sharka Corp again.

Well stocked (and easy to navigate, quantities always accurate) website, very good pricing, order arrived on time, shipping status always correct, wasn't charged until shipped, order processing very fast - I highly recommend! Awesome experiance! They are my new vendor of choice for all my PC cooling needs.

I placed an order for fittings. The item was in stock but I received it after about a week. When I received the package, I saw that it only contained one fitting. I was fooled by the picture showing two fittings (I needed two, and I thought the item was sold in pairs). I also did not like the idea of paying $5.85 shipping for a small $3.95 part.  
 
So, I wrote to Sharka support. They were very helpful, and they shipped another fitting free of charge (actually, they refunded my second order). They also said that they would update the website (to cater for idiots like I am). So I am very happy so far.  
 
My only gripe is that they do not offer 1st class mailing. They have nice parts but the shipping just kills the nice offer most of the time. Other than that, I am a happy customer.

I was very pleased by Sharka. One of the items I purchased was missing a tube from the box when I opened it. I emailed Sharka, they shipped the part that day, and I received it the next day. This was a manufacturer error, but Sharka fixed it as quickly as anyone could.

What can I say? I needed it in a days' time and it ended up on my doorstep in less than 21 hours after purchase!

My parts arived in 2 days. I was supposed to take 3. Everything was great.. Will order from them again when I need more computer mods.

Easy,Fast,Great Price on ordered Product and accepts PayPal Payments!

I have been looking forward to ordering some water cooling equipment, and when I finally did I was very impressed by their delivery speed and excellent customer service. My emails were answered in a timely fashon and questions were looked into with great throughness. Thanks so much, Sharka!!

All materials arrived quickly, as advertised. I am very pleased with the transaction, and anticipate doing business with Sharka again.

I can't begin to say how impressed I am with Sharka's service. Up until now I have not shopped with them and with a name like "Sharka" I was a bit concerned. ;)  
 
This company answers their phones. The people answering their phones are very professional and courteous.  
 
I had a declined credit card and they quickly emailed me asking for a new number rather than quietly cancel the order as some companies do.  
 
I haven't recieved my items yet, but I have no doubt that Sharka will deliver as ordered.  
 
This company will have my repeat business.

Sharka delivery was delivered as advertised and the boxes were neatly and securely packed.  
 
I did have a small problem tracking one of my orders on their website. I emailed them asking for the tracking numbers. Their response time to emails is a little slow, but they did respond and I got a much quicker response by calling directly, which I recommend over email.  
 
Overall, my experience with Sharka was very good. I recommend doing business with this A+ company.

Great service! I had no problems with the order, and, had I entered my information correctly, would have received the order so fast, it would have been amazing. As it was, I still received the order faster than normal.

I ordered the full Koolance setup: case, cpu cooler, gpu cooler 4 uv fans, 2 uv cathode light kits. They were extremely quick to send my order. I've only been ordering from another company for the last 2 years, now I'll have one more to company to add to my list of GREAT online stores.  
 
I would definetly order from them again. By the way Koolance case is awesome, keeps temps really low on my Mobile 2500 Barton o/c to 2.5ghz and my 9800pro to 470/370.

Koolance Exos ordered was competively priced and delivered to me as promised on time. Very nice staff, very professional. Would purchase from again. Thanks Sharka!
