I remembered ordering a small lighting kit from Sharka about 2 ears ago and forgot all about them. This time I rediscovered "The Shark" when I was piecing together the start of a sweet water-cooling system. I purchased an Aquacomputer Aquatube, Aquabay and mounting clip for an LED. The was placed and received so quickly that I was totally unprepared for it's arrivial. It came packaged quite securely and my parts wer in perfect condition. I immedately ordered more parts from "The Shark". I placed 3 more orders over the course of the next few weeks and received all of them. The last 2 orders I placed was so close together that they packed and shipped both at the same time and refunded the extra shipping! A most excellent etailer I must say.

Sharka Corp aka Sharka Computers is a classy operation located in an industrial unit in Huntington Beach, CA Their webstore is full of all kinds of interesting things that the busy computer modder would be pleased to own. They specialize in water cooled and silent cooling products, though they also due carry some cases and other assorted eye candy for the serious water cooler.  
 
Wes is quite knowledgable about any kind of water cooling products and is a hard core WC himself. His knowledge of Zalman products is unsurpassed by even the factory boys here in the USA. They carry stock on all the stuff you might ever want including Innovatek, Asetek, Danger Den, Koolance, Zalman, Vantec, Artic Silver, and many more companies. They are also rapidly moving to become a stocking dealer of Aqua-Computer products as well. Sharka Computers also manufactures specialized compression fittings with BSPP threads to accomodate many different brands of water cooling components!  
 
All in all I can whole heartedly recommend this company as exemplary in service before, during, and after the sale.

Excellent service. Order was well packed, shipped promptly, and arrived quickly. Two small items that were part of the order had been replaced by similar items with the same prices. I emailed Sharka with a description of the problem. I received a email response within about 15 minutes indicating that the correct items would be sent. A UPS shipping notification arrived about three hours later. All of this happened late on a Friday afternoon about a week before Christmas. I am very impressed by the responsiveness and professional attitude of the seller. I would be happy to purchase from them again.

Ordered the product via UPS ground on 12/14/04 and recieved the actual product 12/21/04. Shipping was relatively good despite the Christmas season. Package arrived in the condition it was sent out, not a dent or ding on the box. Packaging was overall well put together to support my order. My only complaint is the unprofessional tech support. When I called I recieved a simple Hello. Not that there is something wrong with this it is a lot more professional if you state the name and company. At first I thought I dialed a house number by mistake. The tech didn't seem all that friendly either but hey every man his own :-) . Great price, reasonable shipping and packaging, 2 pluses over one strike which is the technical support. If it ever comes to the need I will definatly buy again from Sharka Corp.

I ordered this on 12/14/2004 07:42:29 PDT and paid for priority 2-3 day shipping. I did not receive the package until:

I realized immediately after ordering that I had accidentally ordered the wrong part (alcu instead of cu on the zalman 7700), so I began emailing and calling to have the order changed. I could not reach anyone until almost noon the FOLLOWING day (a full 28 hours AFTER I had placed the order) to discover the package had not shipped, double edged sword here. I wanted to change the product but I was SHOCKED to find out it was not shipped by noon the following day.  
 
The package did not ship until the third day. I paid for an upgraded shipping options (choosing priority over ups ground because I was on the east coast). I was not pleased with the difficulty in communication or the slow shipping, however once I finally did reach someone they were able to change the part number and let me pay the difference in a seperate paypal transaction.  
 
The shipping wasn't impressive. The retail zalman package (which is designed for POS hanging, an extruded clear plastic container) was placed in a USPS priority box with peanuts, however on the top and the bottom of the package, there was zero protection. Basically it was copper thin fin heatsink, extruded plastic package, usps cardboard (no peanuts, no bubble wrap, nothing on the top or bottom of the package). Luckily, my package did not appear to have taken a hit.. but wow, what a chance to take.  
 
Overall, I have to say I'm not overly enthused with the experience. I will not be ordering from sharka corp (or their new face, sharka computers) again. Slow delivery, difficult communication, and very poor packaging are enough to send me in search of another provider.

Quick to respond to e-mails. Shipped same day. Packaged well. Will buy from Sharka Corp. again.

Decent... not fast, not slow.  
 
Nothing damaged, haven't tested the heatsink yet, but I'm sure it will work.

Great service! The package arrived faster than expected! I live in Japan and it still came here fast!! Haven't insalled my cooling unit yet. But, it was packed well and nothing is missing.  
Also, the response to my emails were prompt as well.

Ordered a few fans from this company at the end of October. I have to major problems with Sharka Corp.  
First, the communication skills of Sharka are sub-standard in comparison other online computer retailers. I initially recieved an order confirmation from Sharka. Upon trying to track my order on their website, i was told order did not exist. Subsequent emails also went unanswered. Finally I picked up the phone and spoke with someone at the company who told me my order had shipped. I never received my order from Sharka.  
 
The reason for this was due to this company mistyping my address causing UPS the inability to deliver the package. I now have to drive to UPS and pick the package up. No apologies or follow ups from Sharka were ever made.  
 
I will not use Sharka Corp again.
