I placed an order under USPS priopity from this company on the 20th of July and haven't recieved it. Today is the 27th of July. I can't contact them except through email, the dumb thing is they don't respond. I never got a confirmation number or tracking number...what a I going to do? I'm probably screwed... what's the matter with this freakin company, they can't even comply with there own terms on there website..don't order from this company This review was modified by its author, 097714, on

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I received my order in a timely maner but it was the wrong part. I have sent them six emails over that past week and have not received a response from them. ALL their phone numbers have been disconnected. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! NO customer service. You have to wonder how a company can do business and with their phone lines diconnected or why are there phones diconnected? No money to pay there bills??? Do not buy from this company, you will get screwed.

Ordered a few fans from this company at the end of October. I have to major problems with Sharka Corp.
First, the communication skills of Sharka are sub-standard in comparison other online computer retailers. I initially recieved an order confirmation from Sharka. Upon trying to track my order on their website, i was told order did not exist. Subsequent emails also went unanswered. Finally I picked up the phone and spoke with someone at the company who told me my order had shipped. I never received my order from Sharka.
The reason for this was due to this company mistyping my address causing UPS the inability to deliver the package. I now have to drive to UPS and pick the package up. No apologies or follow ups from Sharka were ever made.
I will not use Sharka Corp again.

I would have to say I have had better experiances with online companys. First off the lack of comunication. I placed my order on the 3rd (wensday) and didn't recive anything other than 1 notice that my order had been compleated untill friday. I sent them 2 emails, and finaly called them to find out the status of the order. They said that shipment had been delayed because they had to get it from there other warehouse. I can't fault them there, but where I can fault them is that they didn't send any kind of notice that the order had been delayed. Second problem is I placed the order with UPS shipping, and they changed it to Fedex withought any kind of notice to me. they do have a disclamer that saud that they can use other methods, but when you use another company you should at least tell the customer first and why the other method was used. they also should have used the same level of shipping too. They chose Fedex ground where it didn't have to be signed for. Fedex just droped it off at the door for anyone to walk off with it. I chose the UPS method because UPS always makes you sign for it. I would have to say that I was rather dissapointed with this company and will look to others for future purchases.

We regret that this customer was disappointed by their purchasing experience and apologize to the customer for any inconeniences. We would, however, like to clarify a few facts:
1. The customer requested UPS Ground shipping (5 business days from our location to customer location). Due to the delay in shipping from our other warehouse, we replaced shipping to FedEX Ground shipping (4 business days from our location to customer location) so that the customer would receive the shipment the same day he would have received it had the shipment shipped by UPS when it normally would have shipped. CONCLUSION: In spite of the delay in shipping from our location, customer received order the same time he would have had there not been any delay.
2. When the customer called for order status, we replied with shipping confirmation and FedEx tracking information the same day. Although We explained to the customer the circumstances for the shipping changed, we should have informed the customer earlier. We will make improvements in such rare situations in the future.
3. If shipped to a residence, UPS nor FedEx require a signature unless specifically requested. Only when shipped to a business or commercial address is signature required. |

Charged my card even though they never shipped anything. They did call and inform me they no longer had what I order, but would like to present the old Bait and switch for a different product. I had them cancel the order however, several day’s later they still have not run my accounts charge back. Danger stay away from these guys…

We have no record of this invoice number (perhaps mistyped by this person) and this person has not provided an e-mail address to resolve any issues that may be remaining. It would have been nice if this person was more specific in the product he ordered and what problems he has experienced. We always make every effort to make every customer satisfied. We have REAL customer support (by phone and e-mail) with REAL office hours. We do not, have not, and will not ever employ a "Bait and Switch" tactic. We welcome this person to contact us. |

I received it within 3 days of ordering, which is pretty good, but I also only live 20 minutes away. Newegg usually sends stuff to me next day because their processing is so fast, but that's beside the point.
I received the parts in a zip lock bag, everything works fine, except for the fact that they did not give me all the components I ordered.
There are 4 things included in the kit and "4) Two thumb screws for Zalman Water Block" is on their list of what I should have received, but did not. I e-mail them about this mishap and I have received no response back.
The items they sent me do indeed work and I am happy with it, but GIVE ME ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED!

I ordered this on 12/14/2004 07:42:29 PDT and paid for priority 2-3 day shipping. I did not receive the package until:
Your item was delivered at 4:09 pm on December 20, 2004 in MORRISVILLE, NC 27560.
I realized immediately after ordering that I had accidentally ordered the wrong part (alcu instead of cu on the zalman 7700), so I began emailing and calling to have the order changed. I could not reach anyone until almost noon the FOLLOWING day (a full 28 hours AFTER I had placed the order) to discover the package had not shipped, double edged sword here. I wanted to change the product but I was SHOCKED to find out it was not shipped by noon the following day.
The package did not ship until the third day. I paid for an upgraded shipping options (choosing priority over ups ground because I was on the east coast). I was not pleased with the difficulty in communication or the slow shipping, however once I finally did reach someone they were able to change the part number and let me pay the difference in a seperate paypal transaction.
The shipping wasn't impressive. The retail zalman package (which is designed for POS hanging, an extruded clear plastic container) was placed in a USPS priority box with peanuts, however on the top and the bottom of the package, there was zero protection. Basically it was copper thin fin heatsink, extruded plastic package, usps cardboard (no peanuts, no bubble wrap, nothing on the top or bottom of the package). Luckily, my package did not appear to have taken a hit.. but wow, what a chance to take.
Overall, I have to say I'm not overly enthused with the experience. I will not be ordering from sharka corp (or their new face, sharka computers) again. Slow delivery, difficult communication, and very poor packaging are enough to send me in search of another provider.

Sharka processes orders fast, has decent prices, carries up-to-date water and air-cooling items that you may not find in other stores (like products from Aqua Computer) and sends what they advertise. The only problem I have with them is that they are a little slow on RMA processing and order tracking is a little anemic. Other than those issues, they are a decent, reputable company to deal with.

Nothing damaged, haven't tested the heatsink yet, but I'm sure it will work.

Oredering was easy and proces a bit higher than most.
Only sent one e-mail with order confermation, no tracking number sent (I had to call for that). The packaging was ok and I liked that they had a USPS option instead of the usual UPS/FedEX.
Decent Service and prompt delievery. Might do buisness with them again.

Have ordered more from them since, and all has gone well. Would do business again, if I were still using innovatek water cooling products: I switched to Danger Den products, because of metrics issues. Still, Sharka has gotten better since my original comment, and I'm quite satisfied with the second order.

my zalman vf1000's cost 10-20% less than all other shops.came very well packaged and ontime
