The Tamron 17-55mm f/2.8 lens for my Pentax DSLR arrived by UPS 5 days after ordering it. No damage. Being a third-party lens, I had some concerns, but it works very well on my camera. Price was lower than the competition. TriState did a very good job getting this lens to me in a timely manner. I would certainly shop there again.

The price for the Ink Value Pack for my Canon pro9000 printer from Tristate was excellent. The individual cartridges sell for $17 at local stores, but the value pack came out to less than $12 a cartridge including shipping. I ordered it on a Friday and got it the next Wednesday. I have used Tristate once before and have never had any complaints. I can honestly recommend them.

Had no indication that Tri-State is not an authorized Tamron dealer or that the lens I purchased was gray market. I learned those facts when Tamron denied my warranty and my rebate! Tri-State has not replied to the two emails I sent. Under no condition would I do business with them again.

Batteries were shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Price was best I've seen, and the product was "new-in-box" from Canon -- no scams or nonsense.

This was my first order with TriState and I am very pleased. I ordered a Kodak Z950 by the internet and received a phone call wanting to know if I would be interested in a few other items (no pressure). Received my camera the date that they specified-but missing battery (sealed package so it was the manufaturer fault) called TriState and they sent me a battery out right away. Received the battery today and so far love the camera--will write a review on it when I have some time on the camera. I really like the service at TriState and will shop with them whenever I have a camera/electronic need.

I ordered a camera bag from TriState. The bag was the cheapest I could find on the internet and $20 cheaper than a local store. It arrived within just a couple days and it is the perfect bag. I will definately shop at TriState Camera in the future.

I received my order quickly as described. I did receive a low-key upsell call, but it was not a problem. I have already ordered from the again and received the item. I will order from Tri-State again

I got a very bad experience and would not recommend any buy any thing from them. I order my Canon speed light 580 EX II at a blow average market price. Later Steve told me it is a price error and would not honor the price.

Was not told the lens I bought was a gray market lens and after purchase customer service never responded to any emails sent regarding this issue.
