I had the pleasure of attending Unique University's Lakota Preserve Seminar. It was extremely well run by all participants. Every effort was made to ensure the experience was a good one. I could not ask for more and look forward to taking part in another.

U.P. was extrememly helpful with me on the phone, helping me figure out what kind of photo paper to order and locating the product to ensure it was the same as described online.

I bought 8x10" large format film at a bargain that was so much better than the competition. Unique Photo, Inc. had the film ready to ship within a week, and the oversea shipment was delivered safely just two days later. If an offer that good come around from Unique Photo, Inc. again I'll take it in a heartbeat.

I've been a customer at Unique for almost a year now, and I have nothing bad to say about them. Great customer service, Mark at printing is a great guy, a pleasure to deal with, as is everyone else I've met at the store. Very knowledgeable staff, professional and articulate. Its a pleasure to shop there. Highly Recommended.

I had trouble ordering online for a seminar so I had to call Unique Photo. The two people I spoke with were both curteous and helpful. I had no hesitations when I had to call again with some questions. Again, very nice people.
I would order from them again any time.

I have never had a bad experience ordering from Unique Photo. The merchandise was carefully packed and I received it in 4 days. Their prices are competitive and their selection is enormous. I will definitely buy my next camera there and have always been satisfied with their service. Thanks very much Unique for being reliable and a great company to work with.

I was very impressed by the customer care team, and my experience in general. It was the second time I ordered from Unique Photo, and my new address, having moved since the last time I ordered, was off by just one letter. Someone in the shipping dept called me to make sure that they had the correct address, and that I hadn't made a typo. In actuality I had "moved" from an apartment in the rear (R) of my building to the front (F). The fact they called to clear up that one letter shows a level to detail not found in every company. Then, I had been away and was not home to receive the UPS shipment. Someone from customer service called just to let me know UPS had made two attempts. The sticker had fallen off my door, and had the package of been shipped back to sender I wouldn't have had the film I ordered, which was for a special Halloween event, and thus time sensitive. If I ever need film again, I will definitely order it from Unique Photo.

The layout of the webstie was easy to use and to find the products I was looking for. I received everything in perfect condition! Will definitley be buying from there again!

From the first series of photos I have printed at Unique, I realized that there is no need to go anywhere else for local pickup and great quality. I tell all my clients that get a DVD of their shoot to print at Unique, no where else.
I also have purchased all my tripods, monopods and a handful of canon cameras (50d) and lens (canon 70-200 f2.8 IS). The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and had all the info I needed on the 7D - even though it was not yet released by canon.
I have also taken a few classes and will continue to take more.
This is a great store.

I order a Canon 5D Mark II with a 28-135MM F3.5-5.6 IS USM EF Lens along with some other accessories. I got every thing in 2 days except the lens which was on back order which I already payed the bill in full. It is now over 2 weeks and I am not sure when I am getting the lens as they have not updated me to when i will receive this lens. I am hoping to get it by November 11 as I was planning on using this lens to photograph a wedding.

I have been a client of Unique Photo for 15 years. I dealt with many suppliers in that time but Unique Photo has been consistent in it's customer service. Unique's prices are always competitive. It is rare to have a problem with an order but if there is, it is corrected quickly and efficiently. It's great that orders ship the same day they are placed and I have gotten to know a few voices over the years. It's all about customer service these days & Unique Photo is in a class all by themselves!!!
