VERY competitive pricing; more importantly they charge actual shipping costs with no add ons. My order was $4.60 for USPS Priority Mail; 2 competitiors wanted over 9 and 10 dollars to mail the same items!

Ordered a headlamp on 1/28, UPS ground shipping; received confirmation immediately, confirmation of shipping the same day, and the item was delivered on 1/30. Everything was smooth; I would order from this vendor again.

Rapid receipt of merchandise, which was exactly as described and depicted on the Web site. I like that they charge a reasonable shipping fee. In my case it was the exact amount of the postage.

Always have had excellent service. Quality products. Great prices as well. Bought my first LED Mini-Mag & Mag flashlight upgrades from them.

I ordered a couple of 6V SLA batteries about a month ago at, and I thought the price and service were very good at $8.93 each. Today I wanted to order another of these batteries, but the price went up to $13.25, so I don't understand how it could go up so much in such a short time. The price and shipping cost is still reasonable, but not a bargain, since I can get replacements cheaper elsewhere.

Great prices, received product the next day!

I have purchased Sealed Lead-acid batteries for my small UPS units twice now and the service has been outstanding. The items ship fast and the product arrives quickly. Their prices blow away the competition too. I didn't know who they were when I first ordered. I took a chance and have no regrets.

Outstanding service and response to a negative email that I left at another rating site. My complaint resulted from not receiving any shipping info.  
 
Zbattery read my comment, contacted me ASAP to address the issue and provide me with the missing info. The problem was with NOT on their end and NOT their fault. My spam filter was set too tight and I did not receive the shipping info they sent days earlier. Zbattery did everything they were expected to do and more.  
 
The contact and follow up were excellent and my items arrived perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone, and if this is your first order with them I strongly suggest you give them your business.  
 
Make note that they do read comments and respond! Many online businesses often ignore ratings or engage in a debate about who was right. Zbattery went out of their way with detailed communication to make it right.

Ordered some SLA batteries to replace some old batteries in some UPSs. The order shipped promptly and arrived promptly. Items were as described.

I bought two batteries to replace the batteries in my APC UPS battery backup/ surge protectors. I noticed one of the recommendations was wrong for the battery matching on their site so I emailed them and got a reply a couple days later and they fixed the problem on their site. Its actually really neat that they have that battery matcher so you know what battery to get for which UPS model. Also the prices were WAY better than any other site I checked. Im happy.
