I am very pleased with this vendor. I bought two packs of battery from zbattery since the price is less expensive than the manufacturer's site. They shipped the packs out the very same day after the order. Now here's the good part: 20 days after the order, one of the batteries I ordered turned dead. I emailed them and I got a response by email saying that they will send me a replacement without me sending back the defective battery. Honored and trusted relationships between customers and resellers do exist in real life when you shop at zbattery. I will certainly shop there again and will recommend to all people I know.

Outstanding. Purchased battery for my cordless phone. Price was half of what Radio Shack wanted. Placed my order Monday morning, had batteries in my hand Tuesday afternoon with just regular shipping.
Ordered MAHA charger and got it 2 days after it was shipped and it was well packed. Thats more then i can say for most things ordered these days. Ordered another for a christmas gift a week later. Still happy!!!!!!

Customer service was extremely helpful in finding a battery for my headset telephone. They found the right battery and it was delivered in days.
