I bought two batteries to replace the batteries in my APC UPS battery backup/ surge protectors. I noticed one of the recommendations was wrong for the battery matching on their site so I emailed them and got a reply a couple days later and they fixed the problem on their site. Its actually really neat that they have that battery matcher so you know what battery to get for which UPS model. Also the prices were WAY better than any other site I checked. Im happy.

Most helpful website. Appears they have it, or you don't need it! Talked to a very knowledgable person on the phone when trying to ID a cell phone battery. The best of service! Will most definitely be purchasing here again!

I often order small cheep items as well as large more expensive batteries from Zbattery and they take the same exceptional care with both.  
They always deliver as promised and when you call there you speak to a very helpful person and not a stupid machine.

I couldn't be happier. Ordering an oddball battery was easy, they've kept in touch, shipped immediately, supplied a tracking number, supplied a contact contact number... everything on-line ordering should be!

I've ordered fro zBattery several times and have always been happy with their practices and prices.

zBattery has excellent prices and they shipped my order right away.

Low prices - wide selection. Reasonable shipping charges. Quick to ship. Product was as advertised. Would do business with them again.

I've purchased batteries from this company, three times so far. However, the third time, they raised the prices and the shipping. Energizer AA 1.5V Lithium E2 used to cost at bulk $2/ea, but now it's $2.125/ea and the shipping nearly doubled. I purchased ten batteries bulk in the past and paid $3.85 for shipping, now they only come in 8-pack and the shipping is $6.55.

Reliable - I've ordered about six times from Zbattery over the past three years. They've got good prices and usually ship the next day. I've never had a problem so I don't know about their customer service.

I placed my order on-line late in the day. The order was acknowledged and shipped the next day and arrived the day after that.  
 
They shipped exactly what I ordered. The batteries were all name-brand (Duracell)with expiration dates years in the future.  
 
Couldn't do better than this myself! I will definitely buy from this vendor again.

Excellent company and customer service. Much better than expected exchange service. No hassles. Professional.

I ordered batteries for my hp ipaq 3800 and 5450 pocketpc pdas. I searched a few other sites but they had the best prices. They immediately shipped priority mail through USPS, and notified me through email. Batteries work great although the warning sticker on the back of the 5450 battery is tough to remove.  
My only small gripe is that they don't ship the special torx screwdriver needed to open the 3800 case.

I ordered replacement batteries for two UPS units, zbattery had good prices. A little research was needed to find the correct battery (these are relatively old UPS units), but their site had spec sheets and photos. Delivered on time and with right merchandise. Definitely would do business with them again!
