Bought 50 Renata 3 volt Lithium batteries. Delivery time and purchase experience were excellent. I used these batteries to replace 50 duracells that were rated to have a 5 year life span and were coming up on the 5 year point (none had failed, yet). The Renata's have been in place a little more than one year and 7 have failed!!! Zbattery either has terrible turnover, got a bad batch or Renata (Swiss made) makes lousy batteries.

Reasonable to good prices. Shipping was the cheapest, at $4.80 for a number of small batteries. However, at checkout, you get "warned" that the estimate was for USPS and that USPS shipping can take as much as 3 weeks, especially if you have Lithium (not LIon) batteries due to restrictiions. UPS ground was $2.15 more, which at $6.95 is a bit pricey for a $22 order, but still less than others.  
 
The order did arrive quickly and everything was as promised.

I ordered a couple of 6V SLA batteries about a month ago at, and I thought the price and service were very good at $8.93 each. Today I wanted to order another of these batteries, but the price went up to $13.25, so I don't understand how it could go up so much in such a short time. The price and shipping cost is still reasonable, but not a bargain, since I can get replacements cheaper elsewhere.

I've purchased batteries from this company, three times so far. However, the third time, they raised the prices and the shipping. Energizer AA 1.5V Lithium E2 used to cost at bulk $2/ea, but now it's $2.125/ea and the shipping nearly doubled. I purchased ten batteries bulk in the past and paid $3.85 for shipping, now they only come in 8-pack and the shipping is $6.55.

1st time ordered. Web site layout good. Easy to find the item I needed. Price was competetive. Allows you to calculate shipping before completion of order. Sends comfirmation to you via email.

Perfect transaction with Zbattery.com. Placed an order on 9/29/09, order was shipped on 9/30 and delivered to me on 10/2 via priority mail. Price of the batteries were very low and shipping was very low. Next time I need batteries this is where I will order them from.

This is my first order with Z-Battery. I located them with a web search looking for a specific battery. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The price to the products were lower many other on-line stores and shipping cost were reasonable. When I receive the order and test the items I will make additional comments.

I was looking for a cordless phone battery,they had so many. They were listed with a cross- reference setup so I had a couple of ways to look for the exact one I needed. I still had a question so I called,expecting a recording, and talked to a friendly lady named Kathy. She was very knowledgeable and helped a great deal. I was so impressed I went back and bought a battery for my digital camera, inexpensive. I would suggest anyone looking for batteries or similar items should DEFINITELY check out this site.

My experience with Zbattery is very good, fresh, mdse at very easonable prices. Previous order was "problematic" through no fault of ZB. My mistake was shipping via the US postal service. Received what was left of Priority shipping container and contents, in plastic bag, with note from local PO  
stating they were sorry for damage in shipment!!  
The original priority shipping box had tire marks on exterior. True Story!! Last USPS shipment!!

I discovered that it's cheaper to buy a lead-acid battery from ZBattery in Michigan -- and have it shipped to me in Georgia -- than to buy the exact same battery locally! In fact, I saved $16 on one battery, even after paying $10 in shipping. Shipping was prompt and the merchandise was exactly as described. I'm very satisfied with ZBattery.

I've ordered all my batteries from this company for years. They are extremely prompt in fulfillment and they have consistently low prices. I've only had a problem with one order, my mistake in ordering the wrong kind of battery for a UPS, but I was able to contact them via phone on the first try and they exchanged the item that day. Very solid company.

Excellent prices and selection of flashlight accessories and LED upgrades! Shipping rates are very reasonable, too! I received my order quickly, safely, and well-packaged. I highly recommend them, and will definitely order from them again!
