Speedy service and helpful customer service agents. Placed order online Saturday and received it on Tuesday. The item was $100 less than a competitor price before using an Entertainment Coupon. So far so good.

I have ordered six times from HSN. I have never had a problem with them. Prices tend to be higher than most other stores, but my GPS unit and 4 in 1 printer were purchased when on sale/special event/free shipping and no other store could match the prices. I will definitely buy from HSN in the future.

I ordered a canon FS10 camcorder with bag. The price was good but when I read the reviews on the site i was skeptical whether I should use this site or not? I had heard of HSN before on TV promos.
I thought I would take the risk for the price I'm getting. Amazingly I got the product in 2 business days and the condition was perfect.
I would not mind doing business with the seller in future.

I have purchased about 5 times from this HSN. They are great, they ship fast and make Returns and exchanges easy on customers. I love the Clearance section the best!

I ordered a Fuji FinePix A205 digital camera from HSN. I'm pretty happy with the camera. It seems to be working ok. Shipping wasn't the fastest, but it got here in 7 days. I also got a CDROM with some ArcSoft software on it. It contains Funhouse, PhotoPrinter and VideoImpression. This item was not a part of my order, so I'm not quite sure why I got it. Anway, that ArcSoft CDROM arrived badly scratched so it's useless anyway. It wasn't inside the Fuji box. Everything inside the Fuji box was just fine. Maybe some shipping employee at HSN scratched somebody else's order and dumped it in my box as a special gift? Why does HSN torment me with this mysterious riddle?!?!

I have purchased several products from HSN and have yet to receive anything that was not as described. Shipping seems prompt. Have not had any reason to return anything to check that avenue but I will say that you do have to sift through their sales pitch. As any smart shopper should.

we have purchesed thousands of dollars worth of products from hasn in the last 5 years including my compaq pc and my gateway laptop. Hsn stands behind their merchendise even if the vendor dosent. Yes the prices are not amazinly cheap but you have flex pays, promotions and someone to turn to if a product fails!

While I am happy with the actual item that I purchased from HSN, I am very dissatisfied with the shipping time. The item I order weighed less and cost less than other items I have ordered from other merchants, yet the S&H charges were more expensive and took more than twice as long to get to me. It DID take a full 10 days for me to receive my order.
If you can find the exact same item at another merchant, I would advise using them instead of HSN unless you don't mind paying high S&H and waiting long lengths of time to receive what you ordered.

I placed an order for a Nintendo Wii bundle from HSN on Dec 6 2006 and received an order receipt with estimated delivery date. Seven days later on Dec 13th I received a cancellation email that had no reason of why my order had been cancelled. I later learned that they had apparently oversold but can't understand how it would take an entire week to notify customers of such. From what I've seen, HSN's prices are fairly disappointing as well. The only reason I tried ordering was because they were the only ones with it in stock (although that turned out to be false) at the time.

All I can say is HSN's customer service absolutely SUCKS!!! I had trouble placing an order online and when I tried calling HSN, in order to speak with a representative, you had to wait all the way through the entire automated phone menu. AND not to mention the delay between the regular menu and the then FINALLY offering the choice to speak with a live representative! Once I finally got to talk to someone, the woman I spoke with was very short and rude to me. It really does seem as though they could care less about their customers. When asking my few questions, it was like a pain in the butt for her to answer! All she could say is... is that all sir? Like all she cared about is to get off the phone.
Well, I haven't received my item I ordered yet... but I sure hope it comes when they told me it would and that it works perfectly or there WILL be a BIGGER problem!!! I do NOT sit and take crap from any second rate company. No way!
What I do if a company pulls crap on me is... build a one page website just for my expressions of this company and link it to every site I can!

ordered Perlier Olive Oil Autoship program on Nov 15, 2004. This program guaranteed that I would be shipped the product for a guaranteed price of $29.85 at a customer selected interval as long as I was in the program. Today (2/12/05), I received an email from HSN that they had cancelled my autoship without my permission. I called customer service and talked to a manager, Jennifer. I was told that they had canceled my order and could not tell me if they had cancelled any one else. I was just want my product at $29.85. They said in January that the Olive Oil line was the second highest selling product line for Perlier on HSN. The product is available. I guess they just don't want to honor that good of a price. That is deceiving the customer.

Although I don't care for their products (too much hype), pricing, or shipping rates, they do (to a degree) stand behind what they sell.
Everything I've ever purchased from HSN was a total disappointment. I almost felt as if I were scammed into believing their product reviews and descriptions were better than the actual products I received. Like I said, in other words, there's too much ado about nothing.
I have recently returned merchandise to HSN. They very generously and promptly, might I add, refunded my initial shipping charges, in addition to the full purchase price. I of course, had to pay an outrageous amount of $24 at the Post Office just to ship "1" of my returns!
I realize that HSN is not responsible for the rates at the Post Office. I do however, feel that I should have been reimbursed or compensated in some way, for having to return merchandise that did not perform as well as described on their television program.

I ordered from HSN on May 9th. I got one confirmation email and nothing more. I have since phoned back multiple times to try and figure out where my order is. They say that they have had trouble filling the order because of Manufacturer's inventory. They have since told me that I should have my item by June 14th.
Even if they do come through (which remains to be seen), it will have taken over a month to do so.
For the most part their customer service has been helpful and nice.

I was never treated like this before by any customer service, just like the other poster said the CSR treated me like a criminal. The order I placed was cancelled and hold was put on my account. I called the customer service, I was told that they do not ship to UPS stores. I asked her to remove the hold on my account so I could place a new order with another address, I was told no.
That was the rudest customer service rep ever
When I read the above post today, I went OMG! because I just recently went through
exactly the same bad experience with HSN recently, when I returned a call from HSN on July 3 about an order I'd
recently placed, they said that "HSN does not ship to UPS stores", when I then canceled the order & placed it using my home address, my account showed as being locked, my wife called HSN back the next day, they said my address couldn't be verified (even though I've placed orders & received packages at my home address before, HSN told her they locked my account & I can no longer place orders ever, even though I was a good customer!
