No problems at all. I ordered a voodoo 3 graphics card. I received it in a few days. Good company to do business with!

After having a bad experience with an online company sending me a different product than what was pictured and discribed, I called UnityElectronics after I ordered online because I really needed the product they had listed just the way it was advertised on the web-site. They were very curtious and professional over the phone, and assured me it was for real and would come just as advertised, it was shipped on-time and pakaged professionally. UnityElectronics was the only company that had the USB pen Drive that is the smallest made, which is what I was looking for, and they had it at a lower price than anyone else. I will be shopping with them agian...Tony Burt.

Great follow through with delivery of product. The turnaround was essential for my IT department. Unity delivered and met all my expectations. The part functioned smoothly and we have had no problems. Customer Service was on top of it, when I let them know that my part needed to arrive within 24 hrs. Unity really helped out me out when my back was against the wall!!! I recommend them highly.

OUTSTANDING service. I had the merchandise in my hands within 24 hours of ordering.

On the 29th of July, I ordered a Hewlett Packard Omnibook 510 for a price of $1400. The lowest price a similar/worse machine could be had was above $2600. Whether this was a pricing mistake or not, I was delighted when I got confirmation and then a tracking number the next day +7 minutes. The packaged arrived in another twenty four hours, minus 13 minutes. I am using the product to type this message -- it works flawlessly. I can't comment on their return policy as I have had no use of it, but when I called them once (just to establish that they were a legitimate business, in addition to the BBB certificate), the call was answered promptly and the service excellent. Should they ever have a similar deal for what I am looking for (the deal I took advantage of disappeared 4 days after my order), I would most definately order again.

This company is great. I heard about them from a friend, and gave them a try because they had an incredible price on a hard drive that I had trouble finding elsewhere. They shipped it very quickly, the product arrived sooner than promised, and the drive didn’t have any problems. In fact, it’s in the computer that I’m typing this message from. Good Job Unity – you guys have a new fan!
