Super fast shipping,great products, and AWESOME price!

In two separate orders, have now ordered eight Maxtor hard drives through them. The first packing job was marginal on two drives. I discussed this issue with Ray. After multiple phone calls with Ray, I felt confident they would package the drives per my instructions. My instructions were IGNORED, and the six drives were packed in a way that can DIRECTLY DAMAGE the product during shipping. (if you put small eggs in a large egg carton, you receive broken eggs, it's not the shipper's fault for mispacked items they ship). I wouldn't be so upset, but I felt confident ordering from them after spending probably over an hour (I can offer my cell phone bill for verification) speaking with Ray on the issue and feeling they would honor my request for better packaging. Small companies die (not grow) if they ignore their customers.

I searched high and low, and in-between too, and this was the best deal I could find, and I good and well know how to search the internet for  
something, as I've been shopping from the Internet for years as a homebound  
disabled Vet. This was definitely THE..BEST..DEAL out there, for the items  
that I bought; a WAP(Wireless Access Point), and a Wireless PCMCIA Cardbus card.  
The access point runs better than I thought a cheap one would...I'm very happy with it. configuration & customizations were tricky for some, but I made it through and now have a secure connection, nobody else can connect  
without my "key".  
The PCMCIA Card is nice to. I can run it for hours take it out and it's cool to the touch, which means it's not sucking through my power!  
And this all runs on 2.4 ghz too! Nice software, secure connection, lots of "reach"...the best price turned out to be the best deal I could have gotten! And fast shipment, with tracking numbers sent, what else could you want?!  
And though it may sound like it, I don't work for the company. I will most assuredly come back here to look for parts! I run a home LAN and am always looking for new stuff. This seems like THE place to get them too! Stop quandering and go ahead and buy from them, and feel safe about it. One of the best I've dealt with.  

Ordered three Maxtor 73GB 10K SCSI hard drives from UnityElectronics. I received themm in a very timely manner, and they were the cheapest on those drives than anyone else that I could find. I give these guys a 10! They deserve it. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered Norton Systemworks CDs only through Yahoo. Ordering was simple, price was average, but UPS ground for 2 CDs without jewel cases was over $6.00! Would recommend to others but warn of high shipping costs!

ordered at a great price, thinking it was a totally hot deal. i received the item shortly thereafter, but checked the serial only to find out the warranty was not current. i called to find out what the deal was.. it wasnt plainly noted at the time of purchase the length of the warranty. they immediately offered to fully refund me. the drive was good, so i kept it.  
 
they answered the phone quickly, and understood that i was a little put off. they were friendly, courteous, and definately willing to stand by the product they sold.  
 
you just cant beat service like that. i am definately a satisfied customer, and i will spend my cash with them again.

Ordered memory on Monday, web site said "in stock", this was an error, Unity got stock from manuf. on Thursday, and shipped it that day next day air, at no additional cost.  
The web site error was bad, but they quickly made up for it and kept me a happy customer.
